In the Years of 2019, exploring space had been a great honour. Everyone wanted to sign up, to see the stars and discover what lay beyond the edges of the Solar System. These people payed everything to get onto a simple ship that didn't even have working FTL Genetrators.

What god damn Idiots thought Kial Ithrish, commander of the IEV Ra's Eye. The ship glided through the rift, as the Dragon on the helm directed their craft through the infinity. There was a sudder, as the ship all of a sudden was dropping out into the next system. It didn't have any recorded name, so it was currently Dubbed "Again?" A personal joke amoung the ships crew.

As they moved forward through space, the ship, which was tall not long, began scanning the system.

"Sensor!" Kial shouted. "When can I expect the report that we can move on?" he spoke in a bored tone, wishing he could go home.

"Um...I think we may be here longer then we had thought Commander." The meek reply came from a small frail woman in the far coner. "I am detecting life on the Fith Planet from the sun. Thirteen ship about the size of Interceptors in orbit."

"Really now? Any Indication they speak anything we know?"

"No indication of Speaking any of the major Galatic Languages."

"Crawler" The dragon spoke. "You may want to check your Mind Manser, something is wrong with him."

Kial looked at his Mind Manser, the man was still as a plank of wood, and his face had a look of horror on his face.

"Oh Crap, he is suffering a shadow effect. Flower of Terra, Set up a Sheild or by the Gods there is going to be hell!"

"Sheild going online"

A slight humming came up, as the Manser seemed to relax. His face took on a face of Calm.

"This isn't another Tyranid force is it?" Kial asked worried.

"No no no, its just...massive. I am but a low Initate, I have not yet learned how to deal with a consious THAT powerful. I couldn't hold the fear it was going to focus on me."

"Well...did It seem hostile?"

"No, Not at all, it was quite Childish actually."

"We are going to be sending them a message, is this wise?"

"They wouldn't hurt us for it."

Moments later, Kial was sitting on the main deck, a Camera was hovering in front of him, and when he spoke, it was transmitted in Common Galatic.

Hello, I am Kial Ithrish of the IEV Ra's Eye, Of the Fourth Civilian Armada in the Empire of Lessr Tsurani. You may not understand this, but we come in peace, and do not wish any harm. Our ship will be comming towards you, in peace, to meet with you. If you do not understand this, I will get my ships dragon to explain it to you in Draconic.

The Camera Panned to the Small Blue Dragon, which smiled as its forpaws began writing in the air before it. In a moment it was speaking Rift, or rather, a speach any known creature could understand.

I am the Dragon of the IEV Ra's Eye, the Empire of Lessr Tsurani. We are approching you in peace, please do not attempt to destroy this ship, war is not a good thing with our people.

ooc: can I some how join? If so, do you have an entrance plan, or do I just show up out of the blue?

ooc: i'm not sure about an entrance plan or anything, but you can join. i'm not sure if you can just show up though, you'd have to ask Lessir Tsurani

ic: Narika's ship told her that a strange ship had just entered the system. Narika asked for an image and was curious when she saw it, she was surprised. It looked like merging, and yet, it wasn't. She had never seen anything like it. When her class saw this strange ship they started to talk amongst themselves, for they too had never seen anything like it before.

>Quiet! Gather around. Raky, inform the Keeper of this. Yes Malura, I know it looks like a-<

Narika broke off as Shika showed her the transmission the ship was sending. The people in it looked and sounded strange. They spoke using their voices! How clumsy!

>Class, you may talk amongst yourselves while I respond to their message. Stay here, and don't try and talk to them for the moment. Shika, transmit this please.<

She waited while Shika sent her face with her black hair, green eyes, ivory and (at the moment) transparent skin, dark pink lips, pointed ears and her pale silver, feathered wings behind her back to the ship as she spoke, smiling.

"Welcome. We are the Dekuli, I myself do not understand either of you, though some of us might. These with me are my students. They are learning to pilot their ships in space and I am going to allow them to take a closer look at your ship as we have never seen anything like it before. Know that you are welcome to land on our world, as long as you harm nothing there. We would like to ask many things and would be pleased to answer your questions as well. Please do not take offence. We do not wish war or antagonism between our two peoples."

>Class, you may take a closer look now, but do not offend them. They seem not to want to harm us, and we do not want to harm them either. Go, but be careful.<

Narika followed her class, ready to block any transmissions which might offend these people, and to protect her class should they need it.

OOC Sure, only Four people, including myself ((NOt Counting SK is allowed to join))

IC The Dragon listened, then smiled.

"They do not understand Universal? How silly." He nodded. "We are safe to enter orbit and send down a shuttle, what escort?"

"None, lets not get the locals excited."

"I shall acompony you" The dragons voice was ice, and it made Kial shiver.

Quite swiftly, they moved into orbit, before a long shuttle exited its surface. It began flowing through the atmosphere, heading towards the nearest city, or population center.

Narika and her class followed the ship, some of the students darting around, looking at the ship from all angles. When Narika saw the shuttle leaving the ship she called to her students.

>Ok people, there isn't much point in continuing, so consider today's lesson over. Class dismissed.< Narika listened to the mental cheers of her class with amusement as they all followed the shuttle through the atmosphere and down to one of her people's villages.

Narika waited while Shika landed then said to her ship, >Thank you, I hope you don't mind, but I would like to meet these people in person, so I will be leaving you for today.<

>That's fine Nari, I'll meet up with you tomorrow for our next class.<

Narika smiled at her ships response and waited while Shika released her from the safety restraints and allowed her to leave. She stepped to the edge of her pilot compartment and lifted herself to the ground with her wings. She then walked over to a tree and waited for the shuttle to land so that she could greet these people. This was going to be an interesting day.

OOC I will say it one more time, YES you join like a NORMAL intro RP, now, please don't ask again.

IC The Shuttle arched through the sky, before ending up above the village. It stopped in mid air, hovering for a moment as it studied the site for the best landing possiblity. Seeing a clearing with relativly flat and would fit the ship in it. Landing with a praticed ease, the ship seemed to float just above the ground as the ramp extended downwards.

At the top of the Ramp, stood Kial, wearing a Millitary uniform and looking quite formal. He was tall and had angular features, he had a handsom face with a short cut beard, and his hair was a jet black, and his skin a Chocolate brown. He walked down, followed quite Closely by the Blue dragon. They began walking, waiting for the Discovered to make the first move.

ooc: *Runs off crying to the other room*

Ic: A Kazeci super cruiser, on a cataloging mission, arrived in the system, it's 18th so far. "Sir, I'm picking up life in the system. There appears to be an unknown civilization on one of the planets and another ship in orbit, of different origin."
"Let's go see who they are." The caption responded, quite annoyed that he actually had to work this mission.
This is the Kazeci ship KNS KieSashi, of the Republic. We are here as explorers, and wish only peace between our peoples. We would like to meet with you.

Narika walked out from under the tree and headed towards the strange new ship. As she walked over she noticed a group of children and teenagers flying over and pointing at the side of the ship as it opened and a ramp type thing came out of the ship and the male and the blue scaly creature she had seen from the message walked down and off it.

How strange. What was that ramp type thing, and why did they need it? Narika shrugged off these strange things as the customs and ways of another people and walked up to the pair. When she had reached them inclined her head slightly, smiled and welcomed them to her world as the group of young ones came closer, darting about, trying to see as much of the ship as possible.

"Once again, welcome. No other races have ever come into our system and so you must excuse the children as they examine your ship. Please, come this way. I am sure that the people of this village have readied a place for you to stay." And as she said this she gestured toward the little used path towards the village, as she did Shika spoke to her unexpectedly.

>Narika, another strange ship has entered the system. They too wish to meet with us.<

>Hmm, could you send a message to ask them to meet with us here? I do not think it would be wise to send any of us up there, not with all these new people in the system.<

>Of course Nari. I was thinking of doing much the same thing.<

On Board the KNS KieSashi
"Take the diplomatic staff to the surface in a Bullet*."
"Sir, we haven't received a message to that effect, and first contact protocol states-" Came the comm. officer's voice.
"We have received a message, now do it." The captain commanded.
The comm. officer continued to protest, "We most definitely have not-"
The science officer chimed in, "They have telepathic capabilities."
"Yes," replied the captain. "indeed they do."

Shortly after the ship entered orbit, the massive bay doors opened, releasing one of Kazecistan's infamous Bullet Transports. It seemed but a tiny gnat compared to the massive ship. The sleek silver object sped towards the surface at incredible speeds, slowing only just short of crashing to make one quick circum-navigation of the world, then landing near the other vessel. 3 people stepped out, two men and a woman. Each bore an intricately carved white-silver staff, 6' in height. They wore traditional diplomatic robes of earthen tones. The woman spoke, "I am Katie, these are my students, I hope you don't mind if they tag along for the talks, they need the experience to graduate."

ooc: uh, Kazecistan, Shika is Narika's ship, it would have been a normal transmission...

ic: Narika jumped as another ship landed behind her. She turned around in time to see three more people step out of the new ship. She listened as the woman spoke then addressed Shika, >Shika, are these the new people you told me about?<

>Yes, Nari, they are,< Narika heard amusement in her ships voice, >They seem very eager to meet us don't they?<

>Yes, they do, though, like the other ones, I don't understand what they're saying. Would you ask Dalyu to meet me at the village? He knows the languages of these people.<

>Good idea, I should have thought of that myself.<

As Narika waited for Dalyu to arrive she smiled at the new people and gestured to the path again, then started to walk towards it, noticing as she did so that the children broke off from examining the ship of the first new people in order to examine the other. She smiled at them and told them, >You'd better get home soon little ones, your mother's will be getting worried.<

>Aaaww, can we stay a little longer Nari?<

>Of course, as long as you don't annoy these people.<

Narika turned when she got to the edge of the and gestured for the people to follow her once again before disappearing beneath the trees.

The Dragon moved across the ground, its feet making large impressions on the ground as it trudged forward. Kial followed, keeping close to the creature as it pushed through the trees, ripping bark and sometimes carving small sections out of the wood, and once a particuarly large section as well. Kial moved near, but far enough away so it didn't look like the captian was trying to keep within the creatures reach.

"So where exactly are we going?" He asked, as the Dragon translated into speech that the woman could understand.

Ic: The Kazeci delegation followed in silence. Katie walked in front, her two students flanking her.

Narika looked back when the dragon spoke to her and took note of the damage he was causing to the trees and sighed. Well, she couldn't blame him for being too big for the Dekulian path, small as it was, so she smiled and said,
"We're heading for the village just up here, and could you please try not to damage so much of the forest? I know the path is too small for you, but please try." She said to the dragon. Then she smiled as she heard the children abandon their examination of the ships and go back to their games.

The Dragon made a sound similar to a sigh, and curled its wings up close to its body and continued.

"May I ask...where is the government based? Surely with such a spread out population, it is hard to keep tabs on Everyone. How do the Armies protect your citizens, how do the Police keep order? No offence, but it seems quite foolish for an orginized planet to keep to itself." he paused, before making a smile that looked rather predatorial. "Or is it that you have no ordered government? Do your people mearly roam? wandering from place to place? Working in village communities and assisting those around them, but generally keeping to themselves."

Narika was confused by what the dragon said, "Why would we need organised government? What are a-arny's and pollyse? And why would we need to, as you say, 'keep tabs on people'? And we do not roam, we do go long distances, but never for very long, and we always return home. Is it not enough to appoint a leader when we need one? Or change it when they don't do or can't do what is needed? Please forgive me, I do not understand the need for these things, whatever they are."

As she finished saying this they stepped out into the clearing in which the village was built. There were tree house like things connected by thin bridges of what looked like intertwined branches, none wider or thicker than a balancing beam, some ground shelter type things made of manipulated shrubbery, groups of children flitting about playing games and racing with each other and adults talking and supervising the children. As she entered her home village she saw Dalyu's distictive figure walking towards them.

>Hello Dalyu, you took your time.< She sent to him.

>I was busy and there was no way for me to get to you, so I decided to meet you here.<

>Oh well, what's done is done, but I could do with you help. I can understand this creature to a degree, but not fully.< Narika turned to the visitors as Dalyu walked up beside her. "This is Dalyu, he will be able to understand what you say better than I can and will be able to answer your questions more easily."

Kial smiled, moving forwards and putting out his hand to shake. He began speaking, the Tsurani language flowing off his toung quite beautifuly, meanwhile the Dragon Tranlated.

"Hello, i am Kial of the Tsurani empire, I am here to open diplomatic relations between our two nations. We wonder if you would like some of the more recent Technological Advancements."

Dalyu and Narika held a quick conference,

>What is tekoloji?< Narika asked Dalyu, not understanding what the man meant.

>It is pronounced technology. It is things such as our ships, though I think they mean something slightly different.<

>Ah, I think it best if you speak to them for now. I understand little of this fully.<

Dalyu addressed the people, curious about these new people as always, "What are these, technological advancements? And what do you mean by technology? I believe that when we each speak of these things we each mean something at least slightly different."

"Kazecistan, too, is willing to extend the offers of trade and peace. We may trade information and technology, materials, and luxury goods.

As for what technology is to us, we have many devices and objects that do just about anything we want with grater ease than we could without them."

"Ah, well, we may as well go up to the meeting hall. That is where we hold our discussions and other things. You may also choose an unoccupied lakisa to stay in while you are here." Said Dalyu, gesturing to a nearby tree as Narika walked to the base, looked up at the tree-top lakisa and whistled a short, piping note, signalling those above to let down the vine ladder for their guests. When it had been dropped she turned and said, "You may access the meeting hall with this ladder, though you may use what ever way you would like to climb to the top." Then,as Dalyu translated her words she opened her wings and started flying to the hall.
