"Zyklon C cannot be considered a Chemical Weapon, as in a well ventalited huge area of a city, it will have no effect, dissolving before it can do anything. It can only be used in small mostly enclosed areas, such as a chamber.

While I'd like to debate this with you here, I don't think its exactly the proper thread for it. I was referring to my possession of nuclear technology at such a young age as a nation. If a nation my size got nuclear technology already and was in the UN it would be labeled a 'threat'. Now as for the UN's policy chemical weapons are specific. Clearly if its a different type or can have argueable use you can get away with it. Or a simple hiding of any evidence.
