"Well, the subject of the City States of Europe you could be apart of the NCS but still be a seperate type of government, possibly a federation type, but as of the subject with Yugoslavia, would you be interested in a federation type country"

"We would not care. We would be a self-governing body for the most part but will be a part of the feceration. We advise that the NCS control the western parts of this federation and the NYF control the eastern. We will both appoint leaders who rule jointly and have equal power."
as microstates: "We willo accept this if we have self rule under NCS management. May we also suggest a name change for the federation? The New Roman Federation."
It is settled, We, the Eastern Romans shall control the states of NCSSF( New Confederation of Swtizerland Semi-Federation), San Marino, Monocco and Andorra while you will control the NFRSF (New Yugoslav Republic Semi-Federation)
