i am offering a chance for you to build a naval base on my land.some rules:

after this price you may add other things (weapons,trade,tanks powerstations.......etc) you know that shit.

the tokera will be wiling to be your allie, although we are not willing to pay $2 billion for something that would benefit both of us as it would be a mutual thing (I have a base in your nation you have one in my nation). we would like to become allies, exchange embassys,military bases, naval bases, and airbases. Although we will be willing to pay $2 billion to have a manufacturing, and shiping facility for our store front to boost manufacturing rate. If you accept our requests you will recieve a discount at the tokera storefront and the tokera package storefront.

All buildings have an underground garage, helicopter landing pad's for up to 5 unarmed helicopters and 30 to 40 rooms, with a living space of 600 to 1000 sq.m. We will provide housing for up to 50 armed security guards that we allow. You also can bring any armored cars that you wish, as long as there are no mounted weapons on those vehicles. The street is embassy drive which houses all the embassys in the tokera, the street is protected at both ends by the Tokera Secret Service and the Tokera military, the Secret Service is responsable with the protection of Tokera goverment officials, buildings, and embassys/consulates. Any person working here can recieve independent housing in the city/area the embassy is in. There are no restriction on vehicles except for battle tanks, fighting vehicles, or heavy to medium armor vehicles. APC's and armored vehicles are allowed but cannot have any weapons mounted on them unless special approval is given.

At the base, we wish to construct an airfield with a small contingent of aircraft for our defense and we will have a security force of 200 operating in the base. We wish to have at least a dozen docks and support equipment for the ships.
In exchange for offering us a base in your nation, we can offer you a lease on several unused bases. There is a base not in use in Esmund bay, which connects to Esmund International airport. This would be made available for $50 million per annum. (OOC: Sorry, but no map available as of yet).
We ask you to follow the same guidlines at our base that we follow at yours.

We have tea, platinum, uranium, plastic, and limestone. Also, we are reducing our use of timber for use of paper and other materials. Instead we use hemp, but we still have a few active tree farms.
We do, however, need food, especially grain (Siapian tea plants tend to be more tolerant of our soil than other edible flora). We also appreciate livestock.

We'll reduce to four. Basically, there would only be one warship docked at a time, and maybe two research ships. We wish for this place to double as a sort of trading post for others in the area, so we expect a possible increase in ship traffic which would be difficult to do with only one dock.
