OOC: Well, if you needed any more proof that I have way too much time on my hands, this is it. What I'm basically going to do is a round up of all FT major news in the guise of Earth News!

If I miss out an event that has just occured in your nation that you consider to be of grave importance, or I mistake you for an FT nation when you are in fact not, just leave a message. So here goes.

It is the 5/8/20422 (I'm just coming up with a random date). And here are the most pressing issues around the Galaxy.

The Intergalactic Senate opened earlier today, as the delegates arrived from many intergalactic nations and systems. It was opened by it's mastermind, the Sith Emperor Darth Vaclavious of Zactarn Prime. The main issues on the first agenda include the pressing issue of terrorism in and around Zactarn Prime, trade and war agreements. Earth has declined to join at this time, stating that the UN is still the most important organization for them.

The Great Robot Strike entered its eigth week in the US today. The robots are demanding pay and time off. They also demand the formation of a Union to oversee their workload. At this time the US Government refuses to deal with them. (Ok, I made this one up out of the blue, but who cares?)

The Gaian Ascendancy continued their invasion of the nations of the United Mankind, Sovereign Union and the Alcont Territories. It was an assasination attempt on members of the Royal Family that began this move.

CorpSac plunged into Civil War after a series of riots. The Government have aid from many Intergalactic Nations and claim the situation is under control.

And finally the United Jedi Armies of Cravious continued their military build up on the planet of Sarall. They have been at war with the Grand Defence Axis of Zactarn Prime and Vespeterium Minor for 4 years and hope to end the war by defeating Axis forces on the planet.
