Various Press groups made it to the airfield to watch the new arrivals of world leaders. Never before had the world Leaders met in such large numbers after the anarchy times......

A Russian Mi-17 helicopter landed on the airfield and the Director step out, flanked by two praetors (elite guards) who wore thick white body armour.

A flash Rolls Royce Phantom rolled up. A LASA diplomat (Cuban) got out flanked by to guards in berets armed with MP5s. He smiled at the people staring at him.

A Minister stepped forward
"Welcome to the United Kingdom. We have allocated a luxurious hotel for you to stay in till the conference starts. Take these Limousines."

The LASA diplomat said in broken english:

"Thank you. I hope for good time here." He winked at the minister and stepped in the limo.

As diplomats were already located in the UK they headed to the conference

"Welio arfin tulitio thaeo Newb Peaciop Conferencion (We are glad we could attend the New World Conference)"

A loud rumbleing could be heard in the distance. As the assembled diplomats glanced at the horizon a large shape lumbered towards the conference building.
An armed Calcutta class transport helicopter, painted in black and the logo of the I.L.F. on the side, touched down on the helicopter pad. India's second in command stepped out with guards surrounding him.
Mohanda Nehru had arrived.

Now that we are all gathered, we should discuss LASA and a truce deal. We cannot have instability in the world. The very purpose for the Eurasian Pact was to encourage world stability and a modern trading system designed to be efficient and beneficial to all nations. Now, because LASA is not under the pact, their diplomats are considered to be alien. However, we have siezed more diplomats from the LASA capital who has very up to date information on the war. Consider them guests of RussSoc for the time being. We must discuss this very important issue NOW! As for the New Roman Republic, we condemn them for starting this chaos in the first place.

We do not see what we have done wrong. We liberated several nations from anarchy, and this is condemmed, despite the fact that the opposing nations are doing the same. We demmand all forces are pulled out of South America. This is just impearilism.

You did not liberate nations. You used force to overpower certain nations leaving them no option to choose what they wanted to do.
Do not consider the use of WMD's, it will only result in alot of LASA dead.
Your forces are far inferior to the British. Surrender now and we can negotiate terms.

The diplomat thought hard about the last statement. He then stood up looking solom and made his answer. He cleared his throat and said:

"Fuck You! We were welcomed into those countries! We were applauded by all the locals of all nations except Panama, where we were still welcomed by an overwhelming majority. You did the same in Iceland! There will be no surrender!"

Hah. Then you die.

"The Mid West Combine agrees with the LASA," a man says as he enters. "While they did push it in Panama, they had no major resistance from the people. If you want, put it up to a refarendum in each of the former countries to see if they want to stay in the LASA. But don't try to force them out, or we will sell American-grade hardware to the LASA. And don't think we can't pump them out. We revitalize the entire 'rust belt' and have half the factories working building military equipment."

You must do what you think is right, leaders of the combine, but untill all but LASA's original states are released to enforce their own leader ship policies (With assistance from all nations) then the war shall continue.
Should you assist the LASA soldiers in any way we will take this as an act of war.

Its Kind Of Funny Really..... This World War has started from the same reason as WWI, it was a direct result of Imperalisam. Nations Got So Big they feared each other and decided on pre-emptive attacks.
We Can Not Allow Ourselves To Repat History, The World Was Devastated By WWI, And It Sure Will Be with this war, and to make things worse, the world is in a fragile state as it is.
I am proposing that that a new organisation is set up, a new world council, because to be quite fair, The Eurasian Pact is limited to european countries... (Russia is european)


Oh, and by the way, I hope I meet no objection by assmilating multiple Middle-Eastern Nations into my nation. RussSoc seems to get away with it....

"You seem to have no problem at the expansion of the Russian super-state, but when Americans want to expand, you automatically decry it as an evil act. Have you denounced the expansion of the Russian state into southern and central Asia?

"How about my country's expansion into the east? Do you have a problem with that? What if we use the military to enforce our territorial gains after the people have agreed to join?

"You attack the LASA, and yet you do not even think about the benefits that these people could gain from being joined together. You are blinded by your conflicts with this government over territory you both cliamed."

The representative sighs. "If you attack my nation for selling war materials, then you are the aggressor yet again. We at no point threatened your nation or its people. We said we would help the LASA in an unjust war against them which your nation started. We would not send our troops, nor give them anything other than material needed to fight a war. This would be nothing other than a sale between two sovreign nations. If your nation attacks the Combine over this, you will truely show how unattached from the world it has become."

OOC: I plan on expanding to Spain and Portugal sometime, because it will look nice and won't be absolutely huge like Russia.

OOC: hmm.. that is quite amusing the fact that people are focused on attacking each other and havent even considered going into the middle eastern countries for their oil..
