"In light of the recent Freedom of Conscience Resolution passed by the United Nations General Assembly, I Crown Prince Senator Dionysus Baccheus, President of The Consitutional Republic of Rotovia order the immediate and complete release of all poltical prisoner arested under the former Conservative Administration.

I further order the release of all persons detained for membership of the Socialist Bloc Party who have not been convicted of a violent crime."

The United Nations of Wars World applauds this action by Rotovia. Having a sizable minority of socialists, notably in the member nation of Blue Moon, many people are joyous of this action of justice.

A smaller, anti-socialist bloc is protesting this action, mostly Black Hole, and is condemning it as "going soft". Nevertheless, the rest of the member nations are happy with this decision.
