The United States of Jorringna has recently been into a crisis with the outdated technolgy of its military, along the lines of the WW2 German weapons

Why can't we upgrade? Because our budget will not allow it since most of the funding is going to other areas and not really going to military research, the only thing we are researching on are Rocket Engines for planes and thats about it. Will a nation please help us by either giving money so we can research or giving us the power to make at least Mid Cold War weapons

We already have the factorys to build these sort of things, just we don't have the research or the tech to advance, but we do have the factories and labor to do this sort of thing if needed.
