ooc: Typically the shorter the contract, the higher the cost, at least proportionally. The cheapest form would be to keep getting 6 month contracts and renew it every time it expires.

Re: Shipping naval equipment, large contract

Greetings,

The Grand Republican Navy is interested in hiring your company for a five-year contract, to be renewed every five years for an indefinite period, should your services be found to be appropriate.

Your vessels would primarily be shipping naval equipment, including military-grade supplies and weaponry, to and from the Republic and her colonies, as well as shipping foodstuffs and other equipment.

Your services would of course be required during conflicts, and your company would be paid more than handsomely for your vessels and crews services during any conflict, and insurances paid should anything happen to said vessels or crew. Should this be inappropriate, your vessels would be dispenswed with, with appropriate recompense, of course.

The fees, plus a fifty percent bonus, has been wired to your companies account for immediate service.

Dear Sirs,
My company is a military logistics provider and ships many products to different customers every day. As we are a nationalised company, currently shipping is provided by my nation's military logistics service but these are not the best way to ship such items. We require a reliable and fast delivery company and have decided to choose yours.

The items shipped will include, amongst others:
Tanks and other AFVs,
Logistics vehicles,
Artillery pieces,
Mobile buildings,
NBC protection equipment.

No live ammunition is provided and non of the products are hazardous, though of course they are highly desirable items and should be sent under the highest security. In extreme cases the shipments will be supported by a detachment from my nations Third (reserve) Fleet.

I would be grateful for any help you could provide and would of course pay extra for any additional security services required. The contract would initially be for 5 years and would be up for replacement every 5 years subsequently. Please let me know what the cost would be for each 5 year period.

Thankyou for any help you can offer.

Re: 1 Year Contract

Do you ship supplies to countries which are at war? If so, I need a one-yeacr contract, which might possibly be renewed depending on how long the Algeristani/Leafanistan lasts. You will be shipping humanitarian aid and supplies to the Kingdom of FishCaks. $1,000,000,000 will be wired.
