Bigger and Smaller (Changes in the Kazeci Fleet & Naming System)

It has been a long and secretive process in which the changes were made, and officials agree that the fleet is stronger now than ever before. As old ships were pulled from active duty and scrapped, fewer and fewer ships appeared on Kazeci boarders. Their replacements were kept secret in an empty system near the heart of Kazecistan, not to be revealed until the project was complete.

Just hours ago the nearly empty Kazeci boarders were flooded with new ships. Once one got passed the obvious difference in size and power output, they realized that it had the same weapons, the same hull design, and the same defensive and propulsion systems. These new ships are 10% larger than the originals and their triple redundant systems are more powerful than ever. Weapons inflict more damage and fire more frequently and shields are stronger and more resilient. These new ships are an example of the "bigger is better" theory in action. The changes affect Kazeci Super Cruisers, Heavy Battle Carriers, and Torpedo Ships.

But this came at a cost, larger ships in the same large fleet structure as before would be a ridicules proposal. Thus Kazeci fleet structure also changed. Instead of the massive 133 ship fleets of the past, Kazecistan now has a 60 ship fleet system, further broken into 4 groups.

The 60-ship system:
1 Flagship
20 SCs
9 HBCs
30 TSs

Carrier sub fleet:
5 HBC
4 SC
7 TS

Assault sub fleet 1:
1 Flagship
1 HBC
6 SC
9 TS

Assault sub fleet 2:
2 HBC
6 SC
9 TS

Miscellaneous sub fleet:
1 HBC
4 SC
5 TS

The naming designations for Kazeci fleets however, shall remain the same. All offensive fleets bear the designation OF- and a number while all defensive fleets bear the designation DF- and a number. OF-1 is still Red Comet. Kazecistan has 8 fleets, OF-1 is lead by the KishNa, Of-2 by the KishRa, OF-3 by the KishGarn, OF-4 by the KishJa, DF-1 by the KishTa, DF-2 by the KishVas, DF-3 by the KishCha, DF-4 by the KishBach. All Kazeci Navy ships are marked K.N.S. All Flagships start with the uniform designation 'Kish' and are followed without a space by a unique syllable, as in 'Na'. All Super Cruisers start with the uniform designation 'Kie' and are followed without a space by a unique syllable or two, as in 'Navar'. All Heavy Battle Carriers start with the uniform designation 'Shar' and are followed without a space by a unique syllable or two, as in 'Navar'. All Torpedo Ships start with the uniform designation 'Karam' and are followed without a space by a unique syllable or two, as in 'Navar'.
