All nations involved in the Torontaian war are to meet here to discuss peace. Peopleita has stated the conditions of the talks and will remain neutral in the talks.

The Corporation is sending a reichmarshal and a body guard of 5 Kreigsmarines, this is not a declartion of war on peopleita it is standard diplomatic procedure and we will not deviate from such ways.

Though Bretar can only speak for it's self, it would like to mention that demmocratic socialism is not communism, at least not in the Republic. It is simply a demmocratic goverment concerned with social welfare and equality. Bretar is, for the most part, still a capitalist nation, just less so than others.

Madnestan is asking for permission to send a delegate to observe the meeting conserning the Torontian war, even as it isn't (yet, at least) involved militarily. The representant would, of course, have no vote.
