At 8 pm today, the soveriegn holy nation of Bolkia was attacked by infidel invaders. We request that any Islamic nation come to our aid, and help us defeat these invaders!

(This is also the thread for the war!)

Two fighters appear on the horizon, they bare the flag of Technomache. They begin an assult imidiately. One launches hydras at the gun turrets and the other let loose a torpedo. As this is happening the battle ships wait for the planes to finnish thier assult before moving in.

Wars on hold, my noob friend, until ash. gets back.

The Pudite OPARR Fleet in the region has been placed on high alert.

THe Naval Fleet contains 5 Aircraft Carriers carrying 25 jets each.
THere are 5 V24 Bombers waiting at the nearest base and 25 other ships waiting for recruitment.
7 Transporters are also on call

THis is Culex, as you can see, and we are in the same region....I would hate to fight a brother, but if it comes down to it...
The reason for this war is that Bolkia destroyed an humanitarian Cargo jet attempting to aid people. Bolkia is now a threat to the world and must be destroyed.

Yup. I'm sending in heavy reinforcements as we speak.
My force now consists of 3 B-type planes that my military has been working to make undetectable to radar, 2 aircraft carriers, 9 destroyers, 7 battleships, 4 artillery units, 5 platoons of G.I.s, and 19 fighter jets. And two small missile defence systems.

52% of Green Sun is a member of Neo-Islam, Islam, or some other variation of it. most of the Royal Family and most of the Council of Theocrats is, as well.

Green Sun condemns these actions against Bolkia and will send 5 units to repel tehse attackers, as well as the USS Reynolds and several submarines to prevent a naval attack.

Flashes lit up along the coast as shore batteries began to fire. The range was extreme, but there was still a danger.

"Mister Alau'oto, Take us out of range of those shore guns!", Captain Kuroshi barked. "All ships, pull back! Get those tubes reloaded!"

With a shudder the engines opened up and the Kau'pulani swung about. The larger destroyers carved a sinuous path while the faster, nimbler frigates zig-zagged to avoid the gunfire. There was a sudden flash in the darkness, then alarms clamored.

"Incoming missiles on active final!"

"Engage countermeasures!"

From the stern came a sound like a giant sheet being ripped and bright lines of tracer fire stabbed out. Bursts of light flared as the phalanx fire hit a missile, then another, and a third.

"We're hit! We're hit!"

The ship shuddered and heeled. Off to the port another flash and another ship hit.

"Damage control, report!"

"Working on it, sir!"

Another flash, then the night lit up.

"Damage report from the Malakui'i, they took a missile to the stern but made it out of range of the shore guns"

"Tubes reloaded, sir!"

"Take out those missile batteries!"

"Acquiring... Locked!"

"Fire!"

We have sent our 5th Space Fleet, led by no less than 7 Battlestars, as well as 3 carrier battlegroups, 4 Battleships, and a classified number of fusion-powered missile subs, into the area to monitor this situation.

We'll be watching.

The Tenchian reinforcements began to appear. "Man the deck guns!" Yelled the commander of the S.S. Ninagrad.
Sailors rushed to carry out the command. As soon as the guns were manned he shouted "get us in range... FIRE!"
The guns fired all at once. "Very good, two enemy ships mortally wounded, send in the planes!"

Secret IC:
One carrier, two Battleships, one Destroyer, and three cruisers got ready for deployment. Four Submarines were also getting prepared for an assault to drive away the attackers. On the Destroyer and the Battleships, 9 military units and 3 packs of armor (Tanks and vehicles) were loaded. They were soon fueled, breifed, and sent on their way.

2 of the artillery units and 3 platoons of G.I.s were deployed onto the land.

The sole Hyronian KC/AC737 was circling when the orders came
"Relocate to the Bolkian Coast, recon and report"

Aboard the AWACS, Capt. William Hawkins sighed at his console. For the first time in their history, Hyronian forces would be put in harm's way, even *if* they were remaining neutral. And that was a big *if*, considering the stupidity of the present government.

We're restarting this in a new thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=9358679#post9358679). If you want in, please TG Velkyan or myself, but we don't want this to turn into a turkey shoot. Wars are supposed to be messy and hard, even against a "small" nation such as Bolkia.

I am sorry to hear that...Culex will gladly destroy GS if it comes down to it...Even though we were allies in the past, it looks like religion comes before sworn allies. :(
