Official Communique to the Coalition Forces Alliance, Council of International Imperial Powers, and Ottoman Alliance:
Esteemed Leaders,
It is with great displeasure and personal regret that I must announce today the resignation of the Imperial Commonwealth of Malkyer from both the Coalition Forces Alliance and the Council of International Imperial Powers. Due to the stress on our armed forces and economy by the recent civil war, I fear that Malkyer will be unable for some time to meet its obligations to these alliances. Malkyer shall continue to consider the member nations of these alliances to be friendly, and will render what aid we can if necessary.
Malkyer will, however, remain part of the Ottoman Alliance, due to the fact that several key allies are also members of said alliance.
Alliances and diplomatic relations toward individual nations will not change.
