"Fellow leaders and statesmen, I am hearby declaring the radiosilence that has plauged our lands for over 4 years terminated. Our nation has been divided, and almost destroyed by a terrible scourge. Fascists, communists and other extreme factions have all divided and destroyed our once so proud land. But after the help from our people and a nation whos name is unknown we managed to defeat the rats and bring royal order to the Swedish dominions. The true and only type of order in this nation. I King Adolph the Fifth, decendent of the mighty kings of Svea [ooc: look in my grand book of history for more info] shall return the Swedish Dominions to it's former glory. And we shall accept any help we can get. The nation is almost rebuilt from scratch, the only thing intact was the royal fortress, New Stockholm. All our nuclear facilities and silos has been found relatively intact and all warheads are there. We will reorganise our armed forces to meet our new agenda. We will also strive for sea dominance and air superiority. But such things are still far away. We are happy just to have order. The royal orchestra has also composed a new Royal Anthem [IRL: The swedish royal anthem]. May Oden be on our side!"

What kind of aid do you seek and what would be the benefits to the aiding nations?

Your Majesty,
Greetings from the Government, people and Aardvarks of the Most Serene Republic of Hattersland. We are all extremely encouraged by your emergence from such troubled times. It is sincerely hoped that your new reign will be a democratic, free and glorious chapter in your esteemed nation's existence. If your desire is to establish diplomatic relations between our two great nations the Government of Hattersland will look most favouably on such an approach.

We mainly seek financial help and possibly food to the outskirts. Much of the countryside was looted and burned during the civil war. And we will remember anyone helping us.

I am happy to see that our Scandinavian Brothers have finally managed to start fixing their inner problems and are now able to reorganizate and form again the former empire. I wish the best of luck to your Royal Military and may all the people from Sweden be proud members of the Empire once again. I am willing to help economically and technologically when needed, and would like to send an Ambassador over New Stockholm if that is allright.

Who knows, perhaps we could colaborate militarily in the future. Now, I must go back to Rammsteinburg to battle.

As a firm admirer of Karl XII, I look with optimism on the rebirth of the Swedish Dominions under your tutelage, King Gustav Adolfus. Although our own nascent Kingdom of Taqlid has yet insufficient surplus to extend aid to our neighbours, it would be fitting if our two kingdoms were to grow from infancy to ungdom to maturity and take our respective places on the world stage side-by-side.
