Actually, there *IS NOT* a rule about nukes. You can have nukes on day 1 of your nation. The only problem is how well and responibly you use nukes. Good RP'ers like Feline Catfish acquired nukes at like 10 million population and he RP'ed it well. However, if n00bs with only 5 million population say "I nuke j00 with 2098308308 nukk0rz missiles!!!1111!!!11" then it is perfectly reasonable to I.G.N.O.R.E. them.

From what I've seen, Very Small Island RP's decently compared to the majority of I.I. Therefore, I wouldn't mind him having nukes. Ditto for other newbie players who RP and play well. I think it's really stupid to deny a potential good RP'er nukes just because of a population number. I think the real reason people created this imaginary rule is so that they won't feel threatened by small nations, meaning they can annex, invade, etc. aganist small nations without consquence.

Wonderful, this will advance our research. In return we wish to give you the plans on how to build a Thermal Deploymerization plant. It turns any carbon based waste into Oil(Heating Oil, Diesel, Gasoline), Water(sterile),Mineral wastes(Usually good fertilizer), and Natural Gas for hte plant to run on. This way you can have an unlimited supply of oil from your trash. And it also provides safe drinking water, and fertilizer for your plants.

Shildonian Strategic Space Command

Group Captain James Santi was in his office reviewing the daily report on the status of the six Lindisfarneclass ground penetrating radar satellites under his command. All were fully functional, with the oldest of the fleet having just undergone refuelling, extending its projected lifespan for another five years or so.
It looked like it would be another ordinary day, when his phone rang. He picked it up, and waited for the few seconds it took for the encryption software on both ends to synchronise to each other before answering. "Santi here"
"Hello James. We've got a new job for you. What kind of coverage do you have over United Stoner Party"
"Two passes a day, Sir. We've got enough propellant to increase that to four passes, maybe even five if it's important enough."
"It's important enough. Your looking for a nuclear weapons laboratory. We need it found ASAP. Cross reference your results with those of the visual and thermal imagery departments."
"Yes Sir. I'll give the order right away. We should start getting results later today, and we should have answers within the week."
"Excellent. Good luck Captain. I'll be waiting for your report". With that, the line went dead.
Santi placed the phone back on his desk, and went next door into the operations room. His first stop was at the guidance desk. "I need you to do a burn on Lindisfarne-3 and -7 to allow for five daily passes over United Stoner Party. Switch the evasion system to automatic. I don't think they have an ASAT capability, but it's better to be safe than sorry."
He then went over to the Imaging Desk, where he gave the order to begin imaging operations over United Stoner Party.
With that done, he went back to his office to fill out the paperwork authorising the burns, and updating the projected lifespan of Lindisfarne-3 and -7 to reflect the propellant used.

Secret Message to Any nations helping USP

Make no mistake about it, the United Stoner Party has claimed responsibility for a string of terror attacks on Parthia which have claimed thousands of lives. In response to an anti-drug crackdown, the USP has bombed schools, offices, malls, police stations, and other targets.
