Open to all particpants of the Korridan war of independence:

This treaty hereby forms the Antartic Defense Coalition.

This coalition is responsible for the protection and well-being of lands lying within the Antartic circle, including New Siberia. There are 5 points of this alliance:

1. Defense of Antartic lands
All members are required to defend Antartica against foreign attacks and colonization.

2. Defense of Member nations
Any military attack on a memeber nation will be interpreted as an attack on all, as such, all will be required to fight alongside the attacked nation against the attackee and it's allies if they come to it's aid.

3. Recognition of the United Soviet Socalist State of Korridan
All members are required to recognize the United Soviet Socalist State of Korridan as a fully independent nation with it's own economy and military.

4. WMD Recognition
All members are required to declare any and all weapons of mass-destruction. This is not limited to but includes stretegic and tactical nuclear weapons, chemical and biological weapons.

5. Joint Base
All memeber nations must permit a joint base on thier territory, as to better enforce points 1 and 2.

The Socialist States of Korridan hereby sign the treaty.

We currently have 1 clean bomb, and 4 Dirty bombs, as well as a Large Uranium Mine (Uranium Mine came in an Issue)

The Protectorate of Lone Alliance Colonies will also sign the treaty.
Our parent nation though not included supports this treaty.

Our Nation currently has no Weapons of Mass destruction, but we have acess to our Founder Nation's 4 Spacebased Laser Platforms.

We also have a stockpile of Depleted Uranium due to a recently built Nuclear Power plant.

King Clauro of Frozopia will sign the treaty.

However we should inform all members of the following:
Frozopia is at war. As stated before we are combatting the IDF government.
Therefore if I sign this treaty all members will have to join the war.

It better inteperets the meaning of the pact, and makes sense.

The IOS will join, but I'm too lazy to list all my WMDs.

Just give us a rundown on what typs you have,

i.e. Nuclear, chemical, bio, how they are delivered etc.

Also, clause 2 applies only to defense of member nation. If a member nation is attacked, you are required to assist, and you are also required to assist in any counterattack. However, if a member nation attack another nation, you are not required to assist them.

As of yet we have Built no nuclear development factories, only imported them from abroad.

The Democraic Empire of Palixia wishes to sign the Coalition, we have a large amount of nuclear wepons, possibly 500 CA-bombs, 5 dirty bobs and 8 clean bombs along with one H-Bomb, Also, is it possible to make a region for this

Congradulations Frozopia, you're now in charge of Anarchy in the World.

Would it be possible to join this alliance - we are only small, however we will offer our technological expertise in the modification of aircraft at a reduced price to our allies.

We currently possess no WMDs and have no desire to acquire them, however several of our air and artillery assets have the capacity to deliver nuclear weapons.

Please add Carthago Deuce to the list of signed nations. The closest thing we have to WMDs are our LSD deployment systems. Basicaly artilery delivered arisole cansiters, which make it _very_ difficult for forces in the targeted area to opperate effectively.

Indeed. And it's also amazing that the region is all but dead except for a colony I moved there a little while ago. FishCaks died off over a month ago, and SkyCapt died off two, maybe three days ago.

I forgot about this completely until my revival in September of 2005. Velkya died once in June, then The Velkyan Union was created, and I was deleted for violating a temp-ban (thanks to that Holy Panooly character). I took a break from NS and decided to revive Velkya in Sept. It's been cool ever since.
