well after sorting my factbook i came across a problem, I found there is no petrolium alliances for people above the atlantic so....
I had an idea for a North atlantic OPEC
NAPEC
It would include nations from any earth, honestly i couldnt care less for earths. But you have to be above the atlantic and export oil or petrochemical products.
Ill accept any nation size and status, just supply statistics of how much you export and a map of where you are.
I will sort out a storefront of petrochemicals that we can all contribute too.
I just need people who would go along with it. any takers....
