A mass power surge would be shown on radars, and throughout satelites, its origin was an Island south of Japan, shortly following this, messages would be sent to all Major leaders of countries, including a video clip.

A Tall man wearing a set of robes would sit down behing an ebony dest, that featured various High-Tech computer systems.
"Fellow people of Earth, this is a proud day for myself, Emperor Raynor of the United Clans of Tarisi. I would like to invite you to a banquet to be held in the Imperial Capital of Tara. The Emperor was sitting behind a huge black stone desk in the middle of a pure white room, perfectly square, with a huge bay window behind him, looking out over the white city skyline of Capital City 01. He was looking at the silver screen infront of him, where a message had just popped up. As he began to read the white double doors to his office burst open,

"Sir!, I have something for you."

A man in a black suit and red tie rushed in, looking as it he had just run up four flights of stairs instead of the elevator, which the Emperor heard 'clang' out in the hall through the open doors. He looked up at the suit

"What is it Mr. White?"

"Well Sir, we just recived an invi-"

The Emperor interupted him, looking back down t his screen,

"You mean I just recived an invitation. You know that, no matter how many times you beat the elevator here, the internet is always faster."

The suit left a page of paper on the Emperors already cluttered desk and left the room, this time the sound of the elevator doors were heard instead of the frantic slamming of the stairway doors. The Emperor looked down at the message on his desk, 'Yup, same as the one here' he thought, before he tossed it into the incinerator.

----------

A Hour later the Emperor was climbing into his own personal AH-64D Apache Heicopter, followed by three men in black suits and red ties, and setting off for a small island south of Japan.

The Helicopter did not have any missile pods, instead they were replaced with a single 50. caliber machine gun under the nose and two speakers of either side. The thing was painted in red, blue, green, and black striped, three feet wide, showing off the national colours and announcing the arrival of the Emperor.

----------

The Apache set down at the far end of a mostly unoccupied airfeild after reciving radioed instructions. The Emperor waited for the blades on the helicopter to stop spinning before one of his three guards puched open the passenger door. The first man out was the Emperor, feeling same here, surrounded by his own men, and by friendly guards. He waited for the other three men, and set out along the long airfeild towards the buildings at the other end.
