OOC: I dont think any of these would be good for riot control since they all fire live ammunition, Unless you want to kill your citizens. as for PPV's you are not going to need most of that especially the howitzer.

Riot Control is not the same as mass execution. You want to non-lethally surpress, not kill and make them more angry. As for Personal Protection, my nation will armour any car up to 7.62mm and against grenades, and we'll mount a passenger controlled minigun on the back. And we throw in a few pistols and PDWs. That is all anyone ever needs. Unless your entire country hates you and you rule with a bloody iron fist.
