His High Holiness Grand Sultan Gardab Woltzten IX has affirmed his intention to open up diplomatic relations with interested and suitable nations.

Gruenberg is a small nation residing in the emerging region of Malibu Islands. It is an absolute monarchy, and the Court is inextricably linked to the hierarchy of the Wenaist faith. Its economy is weak, and its military of limited strength. However, the police force is all-pervasive, especially in the troubled Gelzien Nub province. Gruenberg's factbook is currently under construction.

Any nations interested in opening an embassy, under certain terms and conditions (and, naturally, subject to their own requirements), in the Gruenberg capital, Flurthwel, are encouraged to submit an application.

1. No more than 200 military personnel, or 500 total personnel, can be accommodated.
2. Personnel will be granted full diplomatic immunity within the bounds of the capital. Beyond this, they will fall under Gruenberg jurisdiction.
3. Gruenberg allows nations to mark incoming packages or transmissions 'Confidential'; anything designated non-secret may be subject to random customs inspections.
4. Prior to arrival, a full inventory of vehicles and weaponry will be submitted. Personnel may not attempt to bring in further arms, even if for private use.
5. Foreign personnel may bring in up to 500 cigarettes per person per visit, and up to 10 units of alcohol per person per visit (additional alcohol may be imported along with food supplies); any over this limit will be subject to import taxes as would Gruenberger citizens.
6. Foreign personnel are expected to respect the customs of Gruenberg at all times.

As listed the terms and conditions are reasonable, with one minor caveat. We wish for the Ambassador, his family, and senior staff, be given blanket diplomatic immunity. Also what are the major, unusual customs of Gruenberg?

If the caveat is acceptable, we are interested in an embassy exchange.

The Imperial Empire of Buben is alway's intrested in opening new diplomatic relation's. That said we would be willing to send Ambassador Fritz Von Huttle, along with a small security force for the embassy.

THEAO: the Ambassador, his immediate family and up to 15 senior staff members will be granted blanket diplomatic immunity. Others must obey the laws of Gruenberg outside Flurthwel.

Most Gruenberg customs will cause no problems. Alcohol is prohibited, so we would ask that personnel not trade in alcohol or drink in public. Furthermore, attitudes to women can be considered backwards, so female employees should be sure to dress appropriately, and reject advances firmly. Homosexuality is prohibited, so public displays of affection are inadvisable. We also ask that non-Wenaist personnel do not enter Temples, and that all embassy personnel dress and behave appropriately on Thursdays, the Wenaist holy days. Beyond that, we do not believe personnel will encounter any serious problems.

The Dominion Is interested in setting up an embassy in the nation of Gruenberg. Our Foregin Affairs Minister has dispatched Mr. Grey, and his 20 bodyguards as well as 30 staff members to man the building.

The Embassy itself will be a cluster of small, square, concrete buildings. There will be one larger house as well, for Mr. Grey. The other three buildings will be

1) A garrison/armoury/bunker for the Bodyguards
2) An Office building, to handle all the buisness and paperwork that comes up
3) A small, one story, meeting house. The structure holds four meeting rooms and a courthouse.

There will be three vehicles parked in an underground lot below the garrison. One will be a short black car, with (obviously) buletproof glass and renforced sides for the Embassador, one large black van, with the same armour configuration as the car, and a black SUV with a small machine gun mounted in the back, on a turret so the it can fire out the back and both sides.


Also, Foregin Affairs Minister Mr. White extends an offer to you, so that you may construct your own Embassy in Capital City 01, the center of Pudite government.

We wish for our cheif diplomat to be Wai Jiaopi, from the Gongchan tribe. He would bring with him his family (one wife and one daughter), a bodyguard for each, one linguist translator, and a secretary.

Further staff would be:

2 cultural officers, to help arrange program exchanges and promote greater international understanding.

5 political officers, to help facillitate cooperation between our two nations.

5 consular officers, to help any Mianish who come to visit your great nation.
