Palixia opens diplomatic relations

The Democratic Empire of Palixia has decided to open up diplomatic relations with the world.
Officials of both Kevistis, Palixia and Palixian Reform's sides met in Clamptown on August 10 and had talks on the establishment of their diplomatic relations.

They currently have no diplomatic relations but will have them soon

The Democratic Republic of Fatus Maximus is interested in opening an embassy exchange program with Palixia. Our terms are simple- we require an embassy capable of housing one Ambassador, three or four assistants, two inept unarmed guards, and a 1987 Oldsmobile. Our Ambassador requests that it you provide a mini-bar for his office and that the embassy be within walking distance of an International House of Pancakes. The only restrictions on any embassy built in Fatus Maximus is that no weapons can be brought into the country. We would also like to enter into an alliance with your nation as well.

You can have an embassy on Palixia with all of your requests, Palixia's do not have IHOP's but we do have Waffle houses and the Small house of Pancakes and ribs, Oldsmobiles are not sold in Palixia but you may have a 1980 Ford Pinto or Corvair

And tell me of these pancake and ribs houses... do they have six different kinds of syrup? Can we get ribs with breakfast? How would you describe the quality of your bacon? Can the restaurant booths hold 400 pounds?
