Saturday July 30th 2005.
The Republic of Kaos Prime, a former constituent of the Russian Federation also know as Yakutia, hereby proclaims its independence and ceases any affiliation with the Moscow Gov't. We seek a peaceful transition from federal subject to independent political entity, and we expect this right to be respected.
In the very likely event that the Kremlin will attempt to reassert its control over Yakutia by use of force, Kaos Prime calls upon all lovers of freedom who have the courage to bear arms and fight in the face of tyranny to come and defend Yakutia. We all upon all willing Mercenaries and international Allies to speed towards our shores and join us.
