What needs, it uses Harpoon and Asroc, while it may be cheap it would take at least five of these things to bring down any decent NS destroyer. A Type 442 (http://s10.invisionfree.com/RNS/index.php?showtopic=2) would shit on these and then send them back with a message saying "waste of money".
Invest in DECENT naval projects, today!

It was bulit in 1957, the Republic Navy has better ships. This is to sell them to poor nations for defense.

Better ships you've designed, or better ships you've ripped from fas.org. There's a very big difference between the two.
Design myself, but they are going to look bad because im not skill with MS Paint.

You dont have to do lineart for your ships. Isselmere Neiland and Sarzonia dont, and they're considered the best in the ship building business.

it's not bad really. When you do finer detail, zoom in and use the line tool cos it looks neater.
