I have been wondering the past few days about to ask questions concerning a certain tech level and I dont know who to ask. So, I decided to make a list of all (thats right, I said ALL) nations tech level. Unless something like this already exists. In which case I would like to have the thread.
But anyway.
If you feel like doing this, im sure a lot of noobs such as myself, or any others would appreciate it. Just leave a msg stating your tech lvl; MT, PMT, FT. Hell, even MT (medieval tech). Of course, if you think this is a shitty idea, please say so and I'll go away.
