In accordance with Clause III, Paragraph II, Lines 1-2 of the Kaukolastan Guide for New Nations (aka the "NS Orientation"), the newly formed nation of Tsaerin hereby declares itself existant, sovereign, and viable. Furthermore, Tsaerin declares -- for the general enlightenment of allies and the detriment of enemies -- that the metropolis area of St. Asrael is hereby christened the national capital. Ports of entry are the cities of Eregrev and Miy Nen. The inspired lead of Tsaerin is the Val'heru. This office is currently held by Ae'Rin the Undescribable, may his reign abide the fourth turning. Any nations wishing to open diplomatic relations may report envoys to the Alignment Correction Facility building on 3rd December, I.S.T. The nation of Tsaerin looks forward to acquiring your trade and friendship.

For the information of the fellow nations, Ae'Rin is a revolutionary thinker. For years, our country was controlled by corporations intent on squeezing every last drop of production out of both land and people. This is still predominant throughout the country of Tsaerin -- indeed, our people are even now involved in a bloody civil war for our freedom.

Only when the leader of one of the corporations nepotized (OOC: is that a word?) his son into the position of CEO did our people have hope. Now he leads us against other corporations intent on subduing us. That is the purpose of this broadcast, to request the aid of other moralistic and freedom-loving countries in throwing off our oppressors. We request that the international community not allow a second Andau Massacre to occur, this time here in Tsaerin. Thank you for your attention.

As an adendum to our previous broadcast, it should be noted that the corporations struggling for control of our country aren't nice corporations. One of their more popular practices is using humans as furnace fuel when their coal shipments are late.

OOC: For those who don't know what Andau was, my understanding is that a bunch of students and their supporters staged a revolt against the soviets. They sucessfully wrested control of a city from the occupying forces, then sent a message to the U.S. This message was along the lines of: "We support democracy, please assist." The U.S. response was something along the lines of: "The U.S. doesn't help hostile communist nations bordering on the USSR." A few days later the tanks rolled in and retook the city.

The Commandante welcomes Tsaerin, and hopes that they will stay in state control, and never fall under the thumb of any coroprations again.

The nation of Tsaerin formally extends thanks to that of Peopleita and apoligizes for the absence of Ae'Rin, who is commanding troops at an undisclosed location. May your banners be bright.
