"After almost 6 Hours of talks, the ambassador's from Zactarn Prime have finally agreed to a proposal put forth by Ambassador Senik Boulder and President Leonard McCoy," Said News Reporter Amy Shin of USTNews, "We go now live of President Leonard McCoy, who is now making a speech on this new alliance."

The view on the television screen then changes to a room. In the backround is hanging:

The President clears his throat and then begins to speak.

"As you all may or may not know, for the past several hours Ambassador Senik and I have been tlaking with Ambassador's from Zactarn Prime. After many proposals, they have finally decided to accept one that we put forth." said the President, "I will now tell you what it consists of:

The United States of Trekys and The Republic of Zactarn Prime have agreed to an alliance. This alliance was made to benefit both sides. There are many parts to this alliance and is put forth in the following articles.

Article I.
If The Republic of Zactarn Prime and/or one of her colonies comes under attack from an outside source, and is not already considered an ally of The United States of Trekys, then The United States of Trekys will help The Republic of Zactarn Prime and/or her colonies in the coming battle. If, however, The Republic of Zactarn Prime and/or her colonies comes under attack by an ally of The United States of Trekys, The United States of Trekys will then not take a side in the conflict and act as a third party sending food and medical supplies to both sides only.

Article II.
If The United States of Trekys comes under attack from an outside source, and is not already considered an ally of The Republic of Zactarn Prime, then The Republic of Zactarn Prime will help The United States of Trekys in the coming battle. If, however, The United States of Trekys comes under attack by an ally of The Republic of Zactarn Prime, The Republic of Zactarn Prime will then not take a side in the conflict and act as a third party sending food and medical supplies to both sides only.

Article III.
The Republic of Zactarn Prime and The United States of Trekys must both start in open and free trade. Either side can end said agreement, but ending said agreement will nullify this alliance, and both sides will then become neutral any wars they are in for each other.

Article IV.
The Republic of Zactarn Prime is always allowed free and unescorted passage into any space controlled by The United States of Trekys. Any act to go agianst this will nullify the agreement and both sides will become neutral to each other and each others enemies.

Article V.
The United States of Trekys is always allowed free and unescorted passage into any space controlled by The Republic of Zactarn Prime and her allies. Any act to go agianst this will nullify the agreement and both sides will become neutral to each other and each others enemies.

This an agreement agreed upon by both sides. This document is signed by the fellows that participated in the alliance talks. This alliance shall be known as "The Alliance of Trust" and will use the insignia that began this charter.

The President ended his speech with a "Good Day" and turned and walked away from the podium. The television then went dead.

Article VI.
Once Zactarn Primes population reaches 800 Million, the United States of Trekys will mark Article I., Article II., Article IV., and Article V., however, once those Articles are considered void, Article VII. will be deemed in use as a fill in to those Articles. The reason The United States of Trekys has deemed this a Article and choise that number is because when they reach 800 million, The United States of Trekys will be slightly removing itself from the International Spotlight. And, Zactarn Prime should be able to whole heartingly protect itself and any assets she may have. Any military bases setup by each nation in each other's territory may still stay, however, all civilians must be evacurated.

Article VII.
Once Article VI. is met, this Article will step up to replace those that are seen void. The United States of Trekys and Zactarn Primes and her colonies are to be on good relations, however, have every right to not speak to each other. Neither are required to aid in wars, although they have the right at the present time to back out of a war if deemed unnessacary.

I celebrate this momentous occasion by sending the Trust Alliance members a cup of tea. Hopefully it will not grow cold.
