Why can't you go to war on this game, it would make this game alot better and you can take over country and start ruling them. Just like Command and conquer and other games.

To go to war, you must begin an RP for one in the forums. This place, the International Incidents thread, is the main staging grounds for wars. Before you start a war though, i would suggest reading the 2 threads at the top of the page with the "Sticky" in front of them. They have links to helpful threads.
I also suggest reading a thread in the "moderation" section labeled the "One Stop Rules Shop". It has the rules of NationStates.
