Following the discovery of the Kroot peoples by the Eastern Expedition and the Kol'tssien Lizardmen by the Kung Expedition, it has been determined that the worlds of these two peoples, Pech and Kol'tssein, shall enter the Workers State as "Special Areas."
This means that they will be governed by their own leaders as semi-independent commonwealths, and have trade with the New Dornalian society at large. Their soldiers will become part of the Red Army and People's Navy, but on a mercenary basis.
This arrangement is seen as the best way to uniquely respect alien cultures while integrating them into the Workers State. This takes effect immediately.
