As you are now aware a state of war has been declared beetween ourselves and Omanistan. We should now like to hold peace talks. If Omanistan promise to call off any other attacks, we will recall our submarines and Paratroopers.

From this moment I am putting my military on standby, there will be no attacks during the talks.

Has Usama bin Laden accepted your offer for peace?

The Commandante hopes so, but finds it unlikely.

The representative of Taliosa enters the room. He is wearing a Taliosa Airforce uniform. The Dark blue jacket and pants are slightly off set by a good sized bank of ribbons over his left pocket. Over his other pocket are a series of wings, atleast 3, athough they look similer any one fermilier with Taliosa uniforms could tell you what they ment.

"I do not belive that your enamy will show up, but, if you haven't seen them yet, I have 1 wing of air to air fighters circeling at 90,000 feet, and their ready to decend on the omnistan forces," Taliosains are known for their ability to skip anything pointless and get right to the point, probably why their government system moves so quickly. "There is also one wing of Dragonbirds over Omnistan right now, ready to remove their airbases from 100,000 feet up."

Although Taliosa doesn't have the largest ground or sea forces, they are renown around the world for their increadably powerful air force. They have lost a number of ground wars, but never an air war.

If Omanistan does not accept you offer for peace i will help you fight against Him. My population and army are much larger than omanistan.

Omanistan has stated that he will not stop until Marxism is destroyed. I recommend that everyone involved enter the fray, Peopleita is just the first on their list.

Message from Taliosa high command to all involved:

The bombers shall continue to circle the area untill ALL omainstan forces have withdrawn. If one more shot is fired the bombardment shall start again and not stop till the forces are wiped out.

Correction:

Taliosian bombers will continue to circle untill all military forces are removed from Peopleita and Omanistan, if one more shot is fired FROM ANY NATION, that nation's forces shall be bombed into dust.

My forces are on standby during the talks. If the war starts again the bombing will resume

The Commandante looks enraged, yet calm.

"Here are our demands. A treaty will be signed, promising that you will not attack any of the nations involved, or we will declare war with you. Secondly, you will Cancel the blockade on us, and unfreeze the bank accounts."

As an agressor, you must compensate Peopleita for destroying their automated air defenses, and the families of those who died. And also apologize for starting the whole war in the first place.

We have a good economy, the owners of the companies have been compensated, they will not go bankrupt, our economy can support them. The difference beetween us and other Marxist states is that we have a good econonmy.

Don't put forward compensation demands unless your also willing to pay for the DAMAGE YOU HAVE DONE ON US!

A two way compensation deal, that Im ok with, but since you refuse to free the oppressed companies back into the market, Im not going to compensate you if you give no money in return!

Moments later half tons bombs begin falling on omanistan cities again and target that seams to be military is blown to dust by at least one bomb.

The Taliosian diplomat stand and bows slightly to everyone at the table.

"If you have need of me, I'll be in my plane," he says simply and turns and heads for the near by airport, where his B-10d transport is waiting.
