After speaking with the nation of Doomingsland, we are prepared to set up our training facilities and begin recieving support in return for attacks against any nation Doomingsland wishes to be destroyed.

We now await to hear from Doomingsland on his behalf of this deal.

OOC: OH! What's this?! What did ViZion's intel state at the very begining, huh? GE or her allies were making plans with the terrorists? Oh, but NOOOOO... they wouldn't do that! I hate to say it, but... I TOLD YOU SO!!

of the first of a series of prefabricated training
facilities. In addition, the IFF codes to the local
air defense grid is included. Once at the facility,
an associate of mine will greet you along with an
entourage of training instructors to instruct your
people on the operation of our weapon systems.
