Here are the designs of the things I need for the mission please state anything wrong or anything missed

The Ship

(the white ring is the solar sail)

The craft used as Mothership in this mission will be similar in design to "flying saucers" (as this is a brilliant design for space travel) except for 4 things

1) solar sails will be added (which are retractable) to the design to conserve fuel, act as a backup should the engines fail and double as solar panels

2) the outer section will rotate to provide gravity

3) the bottom of the craft will open to deploy landing craft

the ship will have fusion reactors due to high levels of H3 on the moon (which will be used as fuel for the flight)

The Lander

a simple design with various luxuries inside (in case it gets trapped in a mars storm for a few months) the craft will have Parashoots to ease dissent and will have rockets at the bottom to return


space suit

to my best knowledge a moon space suit will be more than able to work on Mars

I've got a comment on the space suits.

While they may work, I think that you're far better off using a new design.

Those old gloves that practically tore the skin off your hands, and the sheer ungainliness of the thing are just some things to note...

the modern space suits used today will be in the mission
