Johann Weishaupt sat in the Grand council Chamber of Majestics, on one of several golden thrones carved into images of hell, demons tormmenting the souls of the damned. In the torch-lit hall the images seemed to move. They could have been moving. Several avances in nanotechnology made by WNI made it possible.
Johann tapped a button on his throne. A small comm panel flipped up. He tapped a few buttons, and entered a message:

The presence of all Majestics is required for a grand council. All members are asked to arrive as soon as possible. There is much to discuss. On the agenda will be:

Destabilisation of world trade
Technological advances of 'member states'
Political power of Majestic 12

Please arrive soon.

Johann tapped another button, and the screen flipped in. Now all he could do is wait.

Count JWolf took his seat with the other members of the high council. He was in his demon armor (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/JWolfsDemonarmor.jpg) because he thought it was something good to wear this meeting. His helmet was on at table next to him.

"Count JWolf. Good of you to come. Nice armour. This meeting will be the first of many. I must first bring up the issue of nano-augmentation of majestics. I hope none of you are too opposed to the idea of massively increased longevity, increble strength and improbably great intelligence?"

"Not me." said the Count with a evil smile on his face. "I love the nano-bots in my body already. So, if they get upgraded, I would not care."

As you may know, my company specialises in research and production of nanotechnology. For the past decade we have been working on a full system. Total augmentation. The project, known as 'Daedalus', has been a total success. Within four to six months of implantation, the nanobots attach themselves to areas of the body preprogrammed into their memory. I can tell you that the system is amazing. I was the first prototype. Since version 1.0 this system has been a success. They are somewhat vulnerable to EMP weapons, but some backup systems are included to allow the body to function normally without the bots, and they usually reboot within minutes. The implantation process takes minutes, but they may take longer with you, Lord JWolf, due to your... Unique state. But we have had some success with practical research into your 'condition'."

Weishaupt smiled, showing elongated canines.

"Would you like us to begin? I do have some nanos prepared..."
The Transylvania

“Yes, I do have a unique state.” said the Count “I’m not just a true vampire, I’m a mutant, too.” The Count known powers; Manipulate magnetic currents to gain total control over all forms of electromagnetism, allowing him to levitate and manipulate all objects made of metal, project concussive blasts and force fields, selectively generate heat and electricity, manipulate bloodflow to the brain to cause aneurysms or unconsciousness, and increase his power to absorb cold and electricity.

His gold throne started to rise into the air. “Begin it.” said the Count.

Weishaupt nodded, and clicked his fingers. Ten metal spiders jumped at JWolf, inserting needles at points across his body, pumping nanobots into his bloodstream. Five minutes later they scuttled into the darkness, their purpose complete.

"You will feel like crap for a few hours.Should wear off soon."
The Transylvania
25-07-2005, 19:18
“Those spider things could be use for something else then pumping nano-bots into bodies.” said the Count, who start felling a like he had drank three full bottle of Transylvanian Blood Whisky and a crate of Transylvanian Blood Wine in one night. “Use them to get info out of somebody.”

"That possibility has been considered. They can be excruciatingly painful when used correctly. We got three of them to keep the vital organs of a 'subject' going whilst the rest peeled off the skin and flesh from their legs. That was unpleasant, but as good a way as any to test their capabilities. We should get down to business soon. The others are taking their time..."

With a small sigh, Weishaupt looked at his comm screen.

"I believe some of our associates have either been compromised or are no longer counting themselves amongst our ranks. We may have to recruit more ambitious politicians."
The Transylvania

"Well, you think we can find some." said the Count with his eyes still closed.

The doors to the great hall opened swiftly, and The Emperor of Concremo stepped through. The first of the Daesus, he stood just over seven feet tall and was of a broad yet slim build. He was flanked by two soldiers, each donned is thick alloy plates and armed with large carbines. The Emperor was in similar dress, but with thinner plates, although a dark shimmer on the alloy's surface suggested something much deeper. On an unseen command, the escorts turned and left the hall to stand guard outside. The Emperor knelt, and spoke;
"Fellow Majestics, i appologise for my lateness to this council, but there were... complications regarding environmentalists at the Citadel." He paused, "It has all been taken care of, and i will be glad to announce that when the Doctrine is made official there will be no such setbacks." The Emperor smiled faintly, "If you wish for it, i can offer television rights to their slim chance of survival in the Arenas."
He stood, and took a seat.

ooc: sorry guys, i've been out of the country for a while. if this is dead then just ignore me.

[THANK GOD!]

Johann looked up from the dazed form of JWolf, a grin highly visible on his face.

"Ahhh, so good of you to come. I was starting to think that our fellow Majestics had forsworn the Council. That could have ended unpleasantly, most unplasantly indeed. But you have come, and that is what is important."

Markus von Carstein was next; adjusting the collar of his suit as he entered. He looked less the ancient Vampire Count, and now more the business man. That predatory gleam in his eye a testament to his hunger, his power. He who had survived death at countless hands; he who held the Carstein Ring.

He let his hand drift over the carved gold band, before sitting at one of the vast chairs. "Greetings, gentlemen. I am markus von Carstein; soon to be Count and Emperor of all Chronosia. Not since their fable of an Emperor ascended to the stars has there been such a ruler as myself in my own country. The country I built of blood and toil. Now, I come amongst you; as ally; as friend. And to gain influence over this...meager sphere."

"Welcome, now... about the others. We must address such a problem soon, but what is on the agenda for now?" The Emperor said. His eyes seemed unfocussed and blury, and a vein throbbed menacingly in his left temple. He unclipped a small phial and loaded it into a syringe before emptying it into his neck. He gagged, coughed heavily and then sat with his back straight as if nothing had happened.

(ooc: i know a few people who might be interested in replacing those who have vanished or otherwise ignored this, they include a young but promising totaltarian nation and a much older one who regularly RPs with me)

"Von Carstein so good to see you. First we must discuss our plans. As it is we have no short-term plan for the immediate gaining of power, which is essential for the long-term visions I have for this organisation... But to formulate such plans we must all know how much influence we have. Von Carstein, how powerful is Chronosia? I have heard some tales of a great stellar power named Chronosia from some.... Visitors from out of town. I assume that this is no coincedence?"

ooc:Excellent. We need all the recruits we can get :D

"Legends speak of the Emperor; the great unifyer who took the nation to the stars, I prefer to focus less on pleasantries and tales that I cannot confirm, and rather...Focus on material things. Chronosia is a dormant power, waiting to seize center stage. Over 5 billion citizens, solid industrial base. Thriving economy; yet snivelling Lords debate and worry and do not use its power to its full, save a vast show of force during the Feline Catish affair. They do not deserve such power...I shall make it great again..."

JWolf opened his eyes to the new arrived members. Another vampire. And another Emperor. he said to himself.

“Good.” he said. “Now, we get down to our plans.”

"Truly, you have a great nation at your disposal, a nation which will be of great help to our council. What we need is a way of manipulating trade to our advantage. Any small way is helpful. Military blockades are great, but if we don't want to look like we come from some kind of Sci-Fi film we'll have to refrain fromt hat kind of behaviour."

(ooc: Concremo pointed me this way, and i'm assuming its ok for me to join in. If not, tell me and i'll just leave quietly.)

It was the first time the Pharaoh had left the Obelisk in thirty years, and the first time he had left the country in many times that. A key turning point in the history of Obsideo was when He was appointed as ruler for life, and then simply stopped aging. His board of advisors had found an oppurtunity to become influential in the world, and at once it had been seized.

Pharaoh Ain'Ka was accompanied by only two figures; one in a dark brown hooded robe of rough material that completely shadowed the face; and another, much taller in a black robe of a heavier fabric lined with silk. His face, too, was invisible under the hood, but the darkness there had an unnatural quality to it. The Pharaoh was dressed in a long and flowing grey robe with the hood back, and underneath a graphite-grey suit with a dark blue tie and light grey shirt. He appeared to be around forty years of age, but six hundred was a better guess.

He walked briskly into the hall and introduced himself and his origins before sitting down. The figure in the brown robe stood on his left some distance away, while the other one wispered something to Ain'Ka. The Pharaoh nodded, and dismissed him with a wave.

The Count looked over at the new arrive person. “Another member has show up. Good.” he said.

“Now, do you have a plan for us to manipulate trade to our advantage?” he asked.

"Welcome to the Council. It is an honour to have one with such life experience as you among us. I hope you will be a Majestic for many years to come.
Patience JWolf. The point of this council is for us to work such things out. we wouldn't be much of a council if it was me dictating terms and you following, would it? That doesn't strike me as something you would go along with, anyway."

"To destabilise trade to our advantage... we must fracture the world economy as we know it, and then nurse it to full health with us at the head. To do this we could take some subtle approaches, break trade agreements between the Lesser Nations and offer ourselves as a new place to pick up their sudden economical drop. We must also gain a monopoly over certain aspects of trade, which we have been attempting since i was put in office. There are thought to be no more than 20 atoms of the element Francium in the entire world, giving it immense value. Obsideon scientist hold six of these atoms and can safely - but expensively - produce more in laboratories."
Concremo

"Thats quite an idea you have there... friend... but i fail to see a real purpose for this Francium, which is much too unstable for its own good. I think a better option would be to secretly sabotage goods going between other Nations, then visibly step up our security and offer them safety and better deals. Ain'Ka, may i enquire into your... escorts?"
The Transylvania
11-08-2005, 17:14
“Like Ain'Ka said ‘we must fracture the world economy as we know it.’ Doing that will not just make nation‘s economies go down, it will force the nation into a civil war.” said the Count. “That is went we act. We see which side is the best one and back them in the civil war. Or it would make it look that way.”

“That is when we have shadow ops soldiers head in and destroy some stuff on both sides.” he said with an evil smile across his lips. “And make it look like these attacks were done by the other side. Makes the war more better for us to go in and take over.”

“So…that nation become one of our nation’s controlled territory in the end.” he finished.

"An excellent plan, Count, which may prove to be an effective testing ground for weapons we can make ourselves and sell on to the various factions. An alternate idea would be to stage wars between each other, arm convicts with the cheapest weaponry possible and pitch them against each other for the financial support of those nations that so easily jump in to be helpfull. We could even record the battles for fake news reports.
"And, Emperor, since you asked, it is my pleasure to introduce the Second Generation Solles Cyborg."

The figure in the brown robe uncloacked itself and was fully visible as a hideous miscreant. Scrarred and burnt skin congealed around tubes and metal plates that held the innards in. It breathed with a rasping hiss, the mouth open and unmoving with sightless eyes compensated for with a sensor attatched to the side of its head.

"This is the latest Solles model, unfaltering and zealously loyal to its last breath. Upon command it would shoot itself until rendered useless without hesitation. The interesting thing is that they cannot truly die. A mere 32% of total organic matter must be obtained to bring the subject back into existance as a mindless slave. Inhumanly strong, although stumbling and lethargic, the make for ideal servants and contrustion workers. The central core is almost impossible to destroy except with a certain strain of Nanobot, and it records everything that the subject has ever seen. I am offering this technology and blueprints for the Third Generation - a soldier class still in design stages - to all of you as a gesture of good will."

"Francium is incredibly useful for explosive purposes... If you could produce more of it there are many of my agents across the world on assassination missions who would welcome so unstable an element."

"True, but it explodes violently on contact with even air or the slightest nudge. For all its explosive power, it is belittled by modern synthetic explosives. However, a small ammout of this kept with a powerful bomb's wires in a vaccum would mean that if it was tampered with, the Francium would explode and set off the main charge. Still, I would like to hear your views on the Solles."

(ooc: Just a note, this element does exist, is ridiculously reactive and the 20-atoms-in-the-world is also widely accepted. My chemistry is rusty to say the least, but i believe Francium to be in groups 1 or 2 of the periodic table.)

“Okay, everybody stop talking about Francium” said the Count. “We have bigger fish to fry.”

“Now, I said we target a single nation’s trade operation, not the whole world.” he said. “Because if we target the world trade operations, our nation will have the same thing happening to them. And that would not be a good thing.”

“So…after we have our target, we send in shadow ops soldiers to take down building that would deal with the trade operation of say nation.” he said. “After their economy fails, the people will go nuts. There will be chaos and havoc running through the streets of say nation.”

“Then the civil war will start and more fun for us.” he added. “If anybody has anything to add, tell it now.”
