Maritime Federation

The Maritime Federation is a very odd nation, no portion of The Federation exists on land except as consulates. The majority of the nation is centered around an old Nimitz class ship named 'Home Port' Around the 'Home Port' is an agglomeration of smaller ships, boats, and random floating structures all tied to gether to form a city sized floating mass (If you've read Snow Crash by Neil Stephenson, think 'the raft') The RP would be the interactions of various citizens of the Maritime federation, who, owing to the fact that there are pretty much no laws on the 'Homeland' (AKA: The Raft) are almost all at least vaguely criminal. Your character can be anything you want, from a member of the Original demi cult that started the Maritime Federation, to a refugee member of a third world mafia existing in the darkest depths of one of the ship tethered to the Raft.
