In a midnight attack, a new terrorist group, The Free Lanquassians, have bombed the Ministery of Foreign Affairs Records Division, destroying all copies of records of foreign allies, and damaging the foreign threats database. The announcement of the existance of the Free Lanquassians, whose stated goal is to keep Lanquassia a Free and Soverign State, even if its government betrays its soverignity, comes on the heels of the attack, the same day as the N.S.U.N. Compliance Ministry ordered the termination of all alliances and trade agreements with nations not compliying with N.S.U.N. Resolution 113. Several more bombs were planted, but were intercepted by an elite Marine LSF team, half the membership perished in the midnight explosion.
The announcement of the attack stated that the Foreign Ministry couldn't handle a diplomatic contact any more than they could fly a rocket to Ursa Major, and that more attacks would come should the Government continue to betray the soverignity of Lanquassia.
Deteremined to rebuild its foreign ally database based upon President John Blake's and Minister of Foreign Affairs Charless Aufmann's personal notes, the foreign ministry has asked questions of its allies, prior to the Compliance Ministries order of termination, to rebuild its database.
"Really, we don't know which alliances the Ministry of Compliance was planning to cancel," said Minister Aufmann. "So we're asking everyone that was."
The Ministry of Compliance has not issued a statement at this time, but sources close to the President said that he sympathized with the Free Lanquassians.

President John Blake read the morning paper, grinning. "It looks like we pulled this off, Charles. All we have to do is ignore the fact that our allies employ biological weapons, and we're safe." Minister Aufmann grinned, "I just hope you don't get caught."
