I am sorry for any infringement upon your nations sovereignity caused by such a presence but they will be mostly stationed aboard the fleet and we will only send a minimum number of troops to guard the facilities.

Your offer is incredibly generous, a more skeptical Minister may turn down such a warm request. Treaties must be negotiated, after all we must find grounds on which we can form such a monumental treaty. A Peace treaty, is after all, the first step to Alliances.

Our Naval and Army Acadamies are still fully operational, the one thing that never died was the want to learn how to kill, however the offer is much appreciated. Industry too did not suffer too greatly, in the cities.

The Countryside however is starving. Industry in the rural areas would be much appreciated. Canning Factories for the food that goes to waste on our Southern Shores or the Eastern Marches, Textile Industries, to clothe our young and old, to make blankets for the disposessed. Houses for those same people, those refugees, and of course those homeless both before and after the war.

Students are the short term future of every nation, they really are tommorows diplomats, doctors engineers, researchers, and yes Officers. Ambulances. The military are using trucks marked with red crosses, but these are both "bullet magnets" and have no equipment, many are forced to turn into hurses. Military training of our officers is not an object for worry, discipline within the ranks is, your Soldiers will therefore be welcomed on a training role, as for protection, your nationals will find themselves safe within the boundasries of the city, security within the cities is tight with checks every few miles within the cities and at ten on each road outside of the final checkpoints. The countryside is a little more dangerous. But plans are being made about this problem.

(Invite via Telegram soon) The last Imperialist Stronghold has been surrounded, we're waiting for returns on our Conditions for their surrender, but we are preparng for the realisation that they are doubtful to jus surrender.

Men will be hurt so two reserve columns of Med-evacs, the first will be made of Lupaarian, we can not expect Freinds to have to deal with our problems first, but a second will be needed for longer treatment, surgery ecetera.

I am sending architects and engineers. I will have a full division of marines and a carrier battle group ready off the coast in case the remains of those defeated create another uprising. One thing the Civil War didn't reduce was the armaments production. The CV-105, is still our best weapon at the moment. A fire arm that has stood the test for years.

Our Weapons factories are in tip top condition.

Your Marines will be welcomed to Asteroth in the North. They will be met by 175th Airborne and 67 Commando, as well as 72nd Marine Division.

CSS Behemoth and CSS Michael, will both be in the Orescotia region awaiting your arrival.

Shearwaters: We have a problem in our country. Rebels.

Teh Civil War was officially ended when the last Imperial Stronghold of Azeroth fell 6 weeks ago. However, a large Unit of Jackal Arkala (Imagine SS) have dug themselves into the Northern Mountains. This, being our war, is our problem, that we wish to take on ourselves.

That is not to say that your help is noot welcome. Your Navy would be redundant however, as would your Planes, having not enough Air feilds for our own planes. Helicopters naturally are a different "kettle of fish" entirely.

We feel that we can only accomodate:

Our medics and Prince are preparing to leave as I write. If there are any special needs for a particular kind of medic, or particular equipment that will be needed, we would appreciate to be informed now.

We thank you for your diligent care of our Prince. We are already sending with him ten of our most elite warriors as a bodyguard, so please feel no need to send three platoons. Many of those soldiers would be of better use to help in restoring your nation to peace.

Ah, there has been a misunderstanding. He is not my son, he is my much younger brother. His popularity was such that we decided to allow him to retain the title Prince after my ascension to the throne. We are a matriarchial society.

A thousand apologies, but when we are forced to parlé via telegram like this it does confuse the senses slightly. Still it is no excuse, I apologise if I have offended you, Highness.

Actually your brother's visit may do us some good politically. Samuel O'Faolain is the only remaining descendant of the Holy Michael O'Faolain, First Emperor of Lupaaria. He will not take the throne, he fears he may lose his mind as his Uncle did and try to declare himself a "Prophet of God". Would it be possible for your brother, with your council, to show him the good points of being Emperor? We have a need for stong leaders, indeed we need an Emperor. If not, his younger brother Michael may have to take the throne, yet he is only 17, and I fear what putting such a vulnerable young mind on the throne may do, in terms of security international relations and most importantly my people.
