OOC: Essentially, this is my effort at creating a modernised new build version of the Iowa-class and the Vanguard-class battleships that are among the last built and in service in the RL world. The weapons layout is different from what I'd use on my normal ships of this calibre, so the domestic version will carry Sarzonian-designed weapons instead of this layout.

A little weak for NS battleship, but a solid design none the less.

Thanks for the comment USSNA. The Oregon was really put up as more of my take on a modernised battleship than a NS-built vessel. If I used the Oregon for NS, it'd have a very different look (different gun types, missiles would be Sarzonian-built, CIWS would be completely overhauled, and the armour would be vastly different). As it stands, if someone wants a ship that's feasible IRL, this could fit the bill.

Well, then this would be the ship for them then. :)
