For those who want to know a little more about my nation (and lets hope to God that I'm not wasting my time posting this, like I have so many times before), here is the chance to ask more about it!

Ok, here's some of the basics on the nation.

Vespeterium minor is based in the future tech. It is the name of the most powerful nation on an unspecified planet, with the highest population (854 million, not to big I know). The planet is located in a reigon known as the Allied Planets of Cravious, a galaxy that is filled with rabid consumers.

The nation (and indeed the planet) is home to a species which I will not divulge the name of (mystery and all that). They are on average 8'5 feet tall and are very skinny. They are grey in colour and look very skeletal. The species are extremely intelligent, but physically weak. They lack four main ideas that humans endorse, making them a totally different emotionally. These are morality, compassion, tolerance and mercy. They despise humans, the main reasons being because they see them as an intellectually inferior species, and because humans have greater physical strength, making the ***** fear them.

The ***** are unable to express emotions, exept in their eyes. Their eyes are black with no pupils most of the time, but flash different colours for different emotions.

Yellow: Humour, happiness (although this is uncommon) or mockery.
Red: Anger or loathing.
Grey: Confusion.
Blue: Fear or pain.

The nation is run by the Family Vespeterium, the most powerful business on the planet. The Family surplanted the Family Reikeries 300 years ago. The Family Vespeterium is headed by Paulo Von Gerrit Vespeterium III, the eldest of 11 brothers at 677 years old (the average life expectancy is 850 years). The Family runs a several trillion USD business that sells everything from mere water (quite valuable) to planets.

The ***** is a very Family orientated species. The ***** are asexual, so there are no females on the planet and the males reproduce automatically. They can have up to 20 children or have none at all throughout the space of their lives. The parents abandon the children on birth, forcing the brothers to group together to survive. This is how the Family Vespeterium have become so close.

The species have many attributes, including their great intelligence, their ability to 'smell' blatant emotions and their ability to feel if another in the Family is in pain. Their faults include their lack of tolerance and self obsession and their physical weakness.

The nation of Vespeterium Minor is a land of contrasts. The South of the nation is very mild. The north is freezing, and this is where most of the 'nobility' (the rich) live. The Family Vespeterium are located in the Vespeterium Ice Palace, a grand structure made completely from ice. The ***** aren't affected by the cold, and this doesn't bother them.

The main exports of Vespeterium Minor are weapons, gold and ice. It is a fairly prosperous nation, but it is widely known that the Family have more money than the nation itself.

The ***** are the only species existent on the planet, probably the reason why they are so bigoted towards certain other forms of life. They are strict Vegetarians, and see eating meat as odd and canabalistic (but they're prepared to order the death of 1 million humans without so much as a second thought). They get all the liquid they need from moisture in the plants of their home. They find drinking an odd idea, but are forced to when away on ventures (Paulo has gotten quite used to it now).

Hooray, thank you Zactarn! And to answer your question, I haven't thought that out, so I'll just say that because the poor are so undervalued they don't even warrant investigation.

Has the race considered hybridisation as a method of improving physical strength? Or is purity imortant to this race?

Purity is very important to this race. They would not go consider mixing genes with any other race in the Universe, even it benefited them.
