The Shivian Imperium

The fleet was away, it had been called in the Galatic empire. Now the planets people where compleatly defencless. This is how Hlar liked it. From this point on, the Cults would become real. For Years he had been converting those of the Imperium, and now he was assure the Dragon had the sufficiant power to awaken. He smiled, entering the vast hall that contained the endless lines of Metalic skelitons. He smiled, they would be reanimated soon. The Cultists where rather usless in their present form, but once they where in these new bodies, in there new form, the Remaining Shivians would crumble to the new armies.
He came to the end, where the form of the Dragon stood. He was humaniod, but his body was vastly reptilian. Covered in scales of variying hue, it had a long snout and masive wings, and two eyes that where closed.
"Master" he said. "it is the apointed time."
"Very good" The eyes snapped open, and as they did, energy began to fill the room. Across the planet, people would fall, stop breathing, their bodies no longer the houses, as one by one the Rows of Soldiers where animated. They began to move, as smoothly as if they had just been made. As they did, the Dragon rose, his wings motionless.
"Today my Searvents, we will strike out. From this day, I am god. From this day, you live and die at my whim. I am the C'tan that you drive your orders from. Now go forth my searvents, bring under our rule those that are Shivian. Once you have them, you will tell me, and I shall make the nessersary changes. Now we shall be able to survive on our own."
A new war had begun. Anyone with knowlage of The Universe would know of the Dragons waking, especially those of Chaos. A new era had begun.
