In light of recent events, Haxxoristan has decided to form an international defense and security organization for nations that are less than popular on the global scene for whatever reason...the Collective Security Organization. Here, nations that have pissed off all their neighbors and are generally hated can go for help, and for a place where they can export their goods and what not. Would anyone be interested in such an organization? Oh, and only nations interested in such an organization. No do-gooders, please.
