PRESIDENT'S RESIDENCE HOUSE; PRESIDENTIAL BUILDING COMPLEX
In the early hours of the morning, the President's Chief of Staff, Kiel Wright knocked on the door of the bedroom as he waited patiently. The President heard the knocking as he grunted as he woke up looking at the door, "Whose there?"
"It is Kiel."
"What is it?"
"Get ready. An emergency National Security Council meeting has been called by the Director of the Canadian National Intelligence Agency. He has summoned almost everyone. We are waiting on you."
The President got up, in a white beater and matching boxer shorts as he quickly slid into his black Armani suit, "Come in, Kiel. I am decent."
As the President was sitting down in his chair the Chief of Staff walked into his room with an uneasy facial gesture.
The President caught the gesture as he hurried up, "Escort me to the Situation Room."
"Alright."
SITUATION ROOM; DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY BUILDING; PRESIDENTIAL BUILDING COMPLEX
The President entered the room as he walked around, "Give me your explanation why I am up this early, Mister Director Mosher?"
The President stood at his poistion.
The Director responded, "Do you want a coffee first?"
"No. Just tell me what is going on. Now!"
"A nuclear weapon has denotated in international waters causing a chain of events."
"Chain of events? Any international disastors?"
"We are on the break of another world war, Mister President."
"Now. A nuclear weapon detonated in international waters. How and why?"
"Our ViZionarian Liaison Intelligence Official quickly sent me information that a ViZion Military Aircraft was stolen from an airbase and crashed into the water."
"And why does this concern our National Security?"
"The Generic Empire is threatening a full blown out war against ViZion. They have stated that the aircraft was heading into Generia territorial waters to attack their homeland and has declared war against ViZion."
