((OC- Um, welcome to NS, thought I don't think you made any realistic sense for such an intro. There's no UN in space other than in near Earth and Luna orbits. That's it for that arena.

Nah, if the UN stood in space, then most missile weapons would be right out, judging by some of the resolutions in place there. That and I don't think I've ever seen ANYONE AT ALL cite a single UN violation in an FT RP. Or an MT for that matter. Odd, that...

((OC- ...aye, and that is something I was thinking of changing a touch after the end of the Dark Eternal War, or after the Dark Ascendancy war, well, at one point anyway.

The Interstellar Union would be a power of moderation, as per like that on the UN floor, minus the resolutions no one wants anyway. If everyone was 'that' irresponsible, no one in FT would be left. We'd all be space dust by now. =^^= ))

Read the stickies, and I mean that. This qualifies as a really bad infraction that is worth deletion and at the very least no one will wnat to RP with you. However since you backed down I suggest that you read the stickies, as it seems that you're not so unreasonable.

(Notes that my soldiers outnumber your population 5-to-1 and is in the UN)

((OC- I myself command over 527 galaxies, but I won't profess any further. And aye, the stickies will not do you wrong. If you really want to rp right, just stick around and learn to rp like a master.

It'll be awhile, but I myself only started 1 Jan 2005, and worked my way up the ladder. (still am by personal standards..) ..so respect comes when you work for it.

I still then say welcome Dri vel. And if you still wish, stick with FT, it's fun in my opinion. =^^= ))

((OC- Basically it's rping a nation that uses themes from any number of sci-fi sources to rp as, technology base wise that it. MT or Modern Tech is when a nation plays a normal earth like nation with technology of the norm in real life, for the most part.

If you play in FT, you usually do like Star Wars/Star Trek and such.

In MT, you play mainly like any nation you normally know, though it's directed also at the technology level, as well as no uber-lasers and such.

EDIT: When you mentioned 'surrounding systems' in the beginning of the thread, it instantly indicated FT rather than MT. It's an rp trigger reflex really.))
