In response to the formation of the Anti WMD Club (AWC) Haxxoristan, in partnership with the other evil n00bs of NationStates, has decided to form a league designed to allow these new states rapid access to nuclear weapons. It will reach its goal by granting member states access to the nuclear weapons research programs conducted by the founding members of the EPL, and also by giving them nuclear warheads, in exchange for a fairly modest membership fee. Membership is voluntary and members can leave at any time they wish.
Guidelines
--The EPL is not an alliance or security organization; it is merely intended to allow member states to acquire nuclear weapons as quickly as possible, in addition to other evil acts.
--It is designed to allow small states to acquire nuclear weapons technology and begin manufacturing nuclear weapons as quickly as possible.
--If a nuclear exchange occurs involving an EPL member, the EPL may or may not choose to come to the aid of the member, depending on the circumstances. If the EPL does come to their aid, member states shall use their nuclear arsenals to support the member state.
Membership
--Membership requirements are listed below...
1. You must have a population below 150 million if you are a new member, preferrably much, much less. You may stay past 150 million, however, and this will probably change as the EPL branches out into other evil activities. If you wish to join just for the evil, however, there is no population limit.
2. You must be able to contribute a billion dollars annually to the League. The sum total will be distributed evenly among the big powers who actually supply the nukes.
3. All nations must be as evil as possible.
Methods
--To further the interests of the members of the EPL, any methods neccesary shall be used. Preferrably extreme violence.
Organization
--In this thread, we'll debate over issues and what not, and vote on important things. Two-thirds majority is required for a decision by which the EPL may abide.
Applications
--Negotiable. Just state your name, your population, your ability to pay (use NSeconomy) and what evil acts you wish to commit. Membership will be decided by the founding members.
