Delta Industries underground research lab

The head researcher looked at his attractive assistant. For a moment he forgot all about the potentially deadly weapon located on the other side of 2 in. thick plexi glass. Not like it would make much of a difference. If these things went haywire then the only way to stop them would be to administer an EMP pulse through out the facility. None of this was on Dr. Kieth Stienburk's mind. Just the amazing curves of his "second in command" Dr. Julia Brooks. "Doctor?" she said after realizing that he had drifted off.

"Sorry Julia, just thinking." Not many people knew about this facility and even fewer knew about what was going on here. Delta Industries may be small but it did have money, and money often got more things done that words. The truth was that this research lab was on the brink of a new revolutionary breakthrough. This area was the testing and development ground of the nano technology. Here they hoped to create a weapon that could be used with greater control that a nuclear bomb or chemical agent. This weapon consited of trillions of nanobots that could be released into the air and inhaled into the lungs. Once activated the nanobots would eat away at the victim, essentially killing them from the inside. If perfected this weapon could be programed to kill only a certain type of animal or human by realizing their genetic structer and attacking them.

"Doctor, shall we star the tests?"

"Yes, Julia. Start them."

Omega...Centurio....go to Delta Industries...create my superweapon!

That was the message they had recieved before being sent to Delta Industries. The plane approached, ready to arrive and begin work on it. They hoped their arrival has been announced already.

Above ground

"Sir, we have a plane comming in."

"They must be from Kjata Major. Does their I.D. signature check out?"

"Yes sir."

"Ok then. Tell them to land on runway 2A."

"Yes sir."

Underground research station

After observing the recent failure Dr. Stienburk wasn't the happiest person.

"Docter!" a lab assistant yelled while running to him from down the hall.

"Yes?"

"Docter, a plane is arriving from Kjata Major. Managment said they want you to go greet them."

"They were very ahh... insistant on it."

Dr. Stienburk sighed. There was no way out of this. "OK. I'll go meet them."

Out of the small plane came two hooded figures.

"This place is a dump, it needs fire....lots of fire WHEEEHHEEEEE!" the right figure laughed insanely.

"This is not part of Kjata. Be respectful." scolded the left figure.

"I see them approaching....they look funny! HEHEEE!" the right commented again.

"Ah...masking your own 'funny looks' with picking on someone different...Let me do the honor, and I won't have to shoot you." the right snarled.

The two figured binded their hands and walked slowly towards the group of people to greet them. They were ready to make sure this project was a complete success.

Dr. Stienburk along with several security gaurds and other senior scientists walked over to greet the the two men that had just gotten off the plane. What a bunch of weirdos. he thought as he walked toward them.

"Hello. I'm Dr. Keith Stienburk. I'm here to give you a little toure of our facility. If you would be so kindly as to follow me."
With that he turned around and walked toward the elevator.

The two slowly walked with them, their fast movements seemed like they were constantly running and stopping to stay behind them.

Obviously used to a fast pace these two hooded figures never moved fast enough to reveal their faces. The darkness seemed to surround them.

After a quick security check they had toured most of the facility. Finally they came to a huge steel that looked like it belonged to a bank vault.
"Gentlemen, beyond this door is the future of weapons technology," Dr. Stienburk said.

With that he typed in a long key sequence on the pad next to the door. The door opened yet to reveal another door just like the one before.
"Sorry, but we are a little paranoid about intruder." Not to mention the weapon inside, he thought. There was a retinal scanner next to the door that he pressed his eyes up to the receptors. After a few seconds the doors unlocked an allowed them to pass through. The room beyond was a huge room with dozens of computers and machines. One wall was a huge sheet of plexiglass that faced into a room. In this room there were several containers on the walls with bio hazard stickers on them. In side the room sat a lone man tied to a chair.

The two followed them, and quickly began studying everything in the building, going as far to memorize the sounds of the key presses for the password. When it came to technology they were like robots, taking in everything and attempting to learn all they can.

"Why is this man tied to the chair?" the right asked.

"Ya...you gonna kill him, uwhaha!" commented the left.

The two were complete opposites of each other, but both were not stupid. Maybe insane, but not stupid.
