In the interest of protecting the right of soverign nations to build the necessary weapons for defense and deterence, this Union wishes to create a coalition of bio-armed nations to defy an impending UN ban. We will build bio-weapons regardless of what the UN decides, and even resign if we need to. Signing this treaty means you will resign from the UN in protest and maintain a bio-weapons program. Its time to stand up against other nations trying to dictate what we can do with our nations and our militaries.

Well if you are in the UN and have them you are supposed to destroy them. Now as for a coalition of it to defy the UN, not a good idea. Many nations simply avoid the UN to handle such matters on their own and do what they please.

I am fed up with the arrogence of the UN to presume that they can violate national soverignty. The goal of the UN should be to mediate and act as a forum, not as a supreme law-making body, with the authority to treat its member nations as though they were subjects. We need to stand publicly against them.
