The Republic of Rovonia would like to purchase 10 nuclear warheads of substantial destructive power to take out certain major cities.

We do NOT need missiles or other delivery systems, just the warheads.

Rovonia would be able to pay you 35 billion USD for the 10 warheads.

It is vital that this purchase remians TOP SECRET at all times.

Such actions are KNOWN to have political backlashes. You will hardly find anyone to sell you such things.
