I've been playing Nationstates for almost 2 years now, and its been time well spent in my opinion. Considering this is all for free and that people like you and me that make it what it is utilizing our own imaginations, Nationstates has been a oasis of calm, of solitude and carefree indulgence for two years to me. Unfortunately, this time has now come to an end, and I will now bid friend and foe alike a fond farewell.

I've really enjoyed roleplaying with most of you ;) though at times I was just in awe at some of the talent here, which made me want to improve my own roleplaying, and due to playing Nationstates my geopolitical awareness [past and present] has grown considerably, which is a good thing considering how crazy, how fucked up and how hypocritical the world is today, for he/she who controls the past controls the present, who controls the present controls the future.

Though I dont command alot of respect with most of you, and dont think that keeps my up at night, but before I depart I'd like to say something meaningful. I'm not forcing you to do anything, but consider Loving one another. Seriously. Everybody has common ground somewhere, whether your Irish or English; White, Black or Green; Gay or Straight. Give it a try, there's no limit on compassion inside yourself unless your heart really is cold, and you never know, you just might make a friend or free yourself of some hurt or pain in the process.

I'll be around from time to time in varios reincarnations, try spot me if you can ;) Best of luck out there, and dont stop what your doing if it feels right. Hrstrovokia will remain in the hands of Vas Pokhoronim, who'll cut my grass and weed my lawns on a regular occassion [thanks buddy :D]

Hrstrovokia, its a sad day today. I'm really sorry to see you leave, you're one of the better RPers in this forum, and it'll be a great loss. I would try to convince you to stick around, but you seem as if your minds made up. Good luck out there in the RL world, send my best regards to it, tell it I'll come visit in a few years :p

I guess that's pretty much correct Kaduna. I didnt do much for E20, and I wouldnt even say I came up with the idea, because lots of people were on the same wavelength, just hadnt posted is all.

I've been much more keen on reading and watching the news to be aware of current events since I started playing this game. I read much more about military matters nowadays than I did even when I was previously obsessed with naval matters. In fact, I'd even say I do more research now than I did when I was at uni.

You'll be sorely missed, but I don't think the people whose lives you may have touched during your time playing this game will forget.
