We, a Socialist State with an "excellent" human rights record, were sent a demand by the British that we join them. The Celtic nations(Scotland and Ireland) have just got their freedom from Britain, and were not happy to join them again. Their agression towards us was unparalled and we felt compelled to declare war.

We implore you to help us.

"Today 2 bombs have struck Leafanistan's Capital of Concord this morning at 4 AM. One destroyed an abortion clinic, another heavily damaged a protestant church. Thankfully, both were empty that early in the morning. Very well, we will make every effort to assist in this war. we know the pain of Civillian loss, and do not wish to inflict it on any other nation. Not even a deserving one.

I didnt use the Ministry's Electronic Telegram system. We somehow got the Blaster Vintovian Eagle Virus.

Secret IC:

At Fort Leonard Naval Station the 1st Company, 4th Division, 1st through 5th Bomber Detail (25 Bombers in all) are preparing for departure. Inside each aircraft are over 200 laser guided missiles (5,000 total). The missiles are guided by an orbital satelite for pinpoint accuracy. They are stored in the marine transport area and then are moved into position (when ready) by a small crane attached to the inside of the ship. The bombers were moved slowly onto the USS Shazbot via a ramp where they were put into the storeage area.

The 1st Company, 4th Division, 1st through 10th Fighter Detail (50 Fighters in all) were carrying Tanks, Warthogs, and ATV's onto the deck of another aircraft carrier as the 2nd Armored Company, 1st Through 10th Division of the Marine Corps (382,500 Marines Total) were walking up planks into the belly of the aircraft carriers. This was one of the smallest showings of force in the history of the Holy Empire.

Orders were for a Naval Blockade of the nation of Celtic Papist states to the best of their abilities. Although some of the boundries of Celtic Papist states was connected to the Brittish, they were to block all trade routes to the sea. Celtic Papist states was known not to trade with the Brittish so this blockade most likely will be successful.

The Battleships and Carriers broke off into smaller groups accompanied by escorts to begin patrols of the coastline. They are now in 3 task forces with 120km of water between each patrol.

Aboard the USS Shazbot, an Illeval Vasaili Aircraft Carrier, Minister of the Navy Admiral George Yackber himself was leading this task force. With 15 ships strong, this would be the best show of naval force in the history of the Holy Empire. Current orders were to place the fleet along the coastline, in international waters, of the Celtic Papist states. They were to stop and inspect any vessel that entered the quarentine zone.

Admiral Meloni of the 4th fleet signaled the Shazbotdom Fleet from her Flagship Furious Gear:
