After a being a private company for some time Delta Industries has decided to go public. The reason? Delta Industries has been secretly developing an EMP bomb (More info requires a level 12 security clearance.) Although the project isn't finished Delta is in dire need of funding. It doesn't matter if it's one person, a group, or an entire nation Delta doesn't want to see this valuable weapon fail. Now you must be wondering, what's in it for me? Well I'll tell you. Whoever donates the most money or things of value will recieve exclusive production rights of the EMP bomb and will also be the first to recieve the weapon once it has been approved. The Emmitian Imperial Government and Research and Development Department, a division of the Emmitian Scientific Ministry, would like to discuss with Delta Industries the funding of these designs, as long as when they are completed, the Emmitian Government is given the rights to produce them for their armed forces.

The Imperial Government is willing to grant Delta Industries 12 Billion USD for funding from the Research and Development budget pool.

We hope that we can come to an agreement on Production rights, and, if so, we may be willing to further fund various ventures.

In the case of excess funds from the $12,000,000,000 USD grant, should it be accepted by Delta Industries, the Emmitian Imperial Government will allow Delta Industries to continue on other projects as they wish, as long as, should the Emmitian Imperial Government be decided to fund these projects, the Emmitian Imperial Government be given rights to produce these objects, most of all the Ulysses Battle Armour and the Missile Defense System. If these objects are satisfactory and to the benefit of the Emmitian Nation, the Imperial Government shall take into consideration fully funding Delta Industries.

We would advise that you set up, under the parent Corporation, several companies which can sell small ammounts of shares to various corporations, maxamasing gains on all sides of the partnership(s).

Agreed. We could pool our funds and purchase an overwhelming majority in Delta Industry stock - if it is a public company, they wouldn't be able to stop us. Very good. I will have to discuss this with my partner, Leafanistan, but I doubt that they will have much of a problem with the current situation. We ask Delta Industries to decide on a reasonable amount to be granted to it for this partnership to take effect, and it shall be discussed between the Leafanistan representative and me, and hopefully agreed upon.
