Javace Hwoles , Acting Minister for War and Shawn Repener , Acting Minister for Defence have recently ordered a military build-up . They have also ordered the military to be fully mobilised for a massive show of power and might . These orders have not yet reached the ears or received the permission of the Supreme Emperor , Minister for War and Minister for Defence . Under the 1st Order , we are asking all nations/companies to sell their high-tech and NEW weapons/vehicles/planes/subs/ships etc to us . Under the 2nd order , all troops have been mobilised to show the world and our people that our army is powerful and not to be taken lightly . This is also to prevent nations who hate us from using the 1st Order as an excuse to attack us .

Such a threat on a small and puny nation could have political backlashes, by say, a 5 bil nation with a totally high-tech well-commanded army to blast your nooblit nation to dust for picking on other nations!

Its NEARLY hopeless for him if there was a war, but on how he reacts could change the balance of it. Since smaller nations usually have a larger military to protect themselves from nations who like to oppress.

The Emmitian Imperial Government, while it wishes the Mationland people the utmost level of peace and prosperity, realises that war and conflict between nations is a necessary part of international diplomacy, and the Pirokajuon, via me, his Regent, Minister Veresi, wish to Mationland people all the luck possible when it comes to high-scale military maneuvers and the unthinkable moment of war.

However. The Emmitian Government urges Mationland to remember that Imperialistic and unprovoked aggression will NOT go unnoticed, not only by the Emmitian Government, but also a number of superpowers. Given that our nations are (apparantly) already at war, we join the Brittonian Empire and Emmitia in condemning this military buildup. Our own forces will also go to a heightened state of readiness to ensure that, if the need arises, we can defend not only ourselves, but also any other innocent nation that becomes the latest in a long of victims of Mationlands unwarranted aggression.

The Imperial Government will not mobilize the military for another nation's military buildup, however, the buildup is seen by the Imperial Government as a threat to the peace of nations, and as such will be warned against and heavily watched. We do not have any intention to take hostile actions against Mationland for his buildup; we are merely preparing for a conflict which, in the Imperial Government's opinion, is not far off from the sudden build up.

Doesn't mean I would join in though, even though I'm small I COULD take Mationland on for the lack of tech they have, it wouldn't be wise to split forces up into thirds.

As a result to the threats made by Mationland against the Empire, we have today deployed an expeditionary naval task force with orders to sail at full speed towards Mationland, this task force will not attack Mationland or enter Mationland's coastal areas, it is however designed to act as a deterrent to mationland. The empire of Brittonia although being small, will NOT be bullied by larger nations and inaction to Mationland's threats would show us to be weak, for this reason, his majesty ordered this task force deployed. If Mationland's military buildup, which it has been admitted is preparing for ofensive actions, does not cease, tactical strikes will be launched against military targets in Mationland. The empire asks other nations in joining with us in this visible show of force, we cannot let nations like Mationland run amok, they don't listen to words, force is the only thing that they respond to. We also ask friendly nations to allow the task force to use their ports to resupply and rest along the way. This is the only aid we could ask for, the empire has only recently completed a large purchase of military hardware, thus we are well supplied. The choice is now your's Mationland.

The Empire of Emmitia very much suggests that Brittonia stand down for the moment - at the moment, your action would be considered a hasty and aggressive move and could possibly lead to escalation, and from there to war. If this action led to war, the Emmitian Imperial Armed Forces would not be able to legally support you, as it would be considered that the path to war was started by you. We wish very much to help your nation, but would be unable to do so if Mationland decides to aggressively defend his land. We can only assist if it is decided that Mationland unjustly attacked your forces or your land.

OOC: yes I agree that no action should be taken for now it seems that Mationland is currently standing down. But it was Mationland that said he was not only building up his military, which I am constantly doing, but They have also ordered the military to be "fully mobilised for a massive show of their power and might".

The empires task force is not heading for war, it is just moving into the region around mationland, and shall remain in international waters. This cannot be construed as an act of aggression by anyone, just a precautionary measure. We still request that any nation nearby to Mationland allow our vessels to dock their, if such a antion were willing, joint military exercises could be taken part in also.

I think he got deleted, I posted in moderation, but no answer from the mods, and at one time he was registered on NS.
