A small floating island? A over-sized barge? No! Its Kjata's Warbase! Constructed from several garbage barges and abandoned oil tankers, this floating mass is a tiny mobile island with a quickly constructed design.
3 oil tanks (1000 ft long each) make a top, square like platform.
35 discarded large barges make up the inside and flat southern platform.
Welded together by steel and iron the top is amass of old steel sheets assembled into walking paths. Wooden buildings and barracks (with 4 steel beams as frames) dot the 1200 ft by 1200 ft square island. This island has over 20000 workers currently working or supplying the island under the disguise of a theme park for a 'Waterworld' resort in Japan.
Production costs, $50 million USD currently.
